ԱՄՆ-ի թիրախում հիմա էլ դատարաններն են

Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանությունը Հայաստանի իրավապահ և ուժային համակարգերն աստիճանաբար վերցնում է իր վերահսկողության տակ, իսկ այժմ էլ թիրախում կոռուպցիան է և այն քննող դատական ու իրավապահ համակարգը։
ԱՄՆ դեսպան Քրիստինա Քվինը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օրվա առիթով հանդիպել է արդարադատության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, նրանց ներկայացրել նոր ձեռնարկը, որը միտված է օգնելու ակտիվների բռնագրավման գործերով զբաղվող դատավորներին և դատախազներին։ Դեսպանը նշել է, թե Միացյալ Նահանգները կշարունակի համագործակցել Հայաստանի կառավարության հետ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի և օրենքի գերակայության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ։
Ըստ երևույթին Արևմուտքը հասկացել է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն այնքան էլ շահագրգռված չէ կոռուպցիայի դեմ իրական պայքար ծավալելու, իսկ կոռուպցիայի մեջ թաթախված արդարադատության համակարգը լրջագույն վտանգ է ներկայացնելու առաջին հերթին հենց արևմտյան նախաձեռնությունների համար, ուստի և պարեկային ծառայությունից, արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայությունից առավել անհրաժեշտ է վերահսկողության տակ վերցնել կոռուպցիոն գործերը քննող դատախազական և դատական մարմինները։
Առաջիկայում Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանատունը գործող իշխանություններին ներկայացնելու է երկու ցանկ, որոնցից մեկը պաշտոնից ազատվելու ենթակա, այսինքն Արևմուտքի վերահսկողության տակ չգտնվող դատավորներն են, իսկ մյուսում իրենց համար նախընտրելի թեկնածուները, որոնց անհրաժեշտ է նշանակել այդ համակարգերում։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ առանձնապես դեմ չէ այս զարգացմանը՝ «օբյեկտիվորեն» մտածելով, որ Արևմուտքի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող դատավորներին ավելի հեշտ կլինի հանձնարարություններ իջեցնել, քան նախկինից մնացած դատավորներին, որոնք առանձնապես ցանկություն չունեն համագործակցել այլ, իրենց օտար կառույցների հետ։
