ՀԱՊԿ նիստը՝ կրկին առանց հայերի մասնակցության

Մոսկվայում այսօր կայանալու է ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նիստը, որին հայկական կողմի որևէ ներկայացուցիչ չի մասնակցելու։ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ չի մասնակցելու այդ միջոցառմանը, ինչպես նաև նշել էր, որ ծանուցել է ՀԱՊԿ գծով գործընկերներին, մասնավորապես Սիմոնյանը նամակ էր հղել Պետդումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինին, հայտնել, որ ո՛չ ինքը, ո՛չ էլ Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի որևէ պատգամավոր չի մասնակցելու։

Այս անգամ ևս Հայաստանին վերաբերող հարցերը քննարկելու են առանց Հայաստանի մասնակցությամբ։ Մասնավորապես օրակարգում ՀԱՊԿ միասնական հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգ ստեղծելու հարցն է, որի ստեղծման մասին հայտնի էր դարձել նոյեմբերի 22-ին Մինսկում տեղի ունեցած ՀԱՊԿ երկրների ղեկավարների գագաթնաժողովից հետո։ Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը, նշենք, չէր մասնակցել նաև այդ գագաթնաժողովին։

Ընդհանրապես, հայկական կողմը վերջին շրջանում խուսափում է ԱՊՀ և ՀԱՊԿ միջոցառումներից։ Երեկ ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների կառավարությունների ղեկավարների հավաքին ևս Փաշինյանը չի մասնակցել։ Տարօրինակ կերպով հայկական կողից մասնակցություն եղել է։ Փաշինյանի փոխարեն այդ հավաքին ներկա է գտնվել Մհեր Գրիգորյանը։ Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ մի շարք առանցքային հարցեր են քննարկվել։

Հայաստանը նաև, մինչ այս պահը, հրաժարվում է հաստատել՝ արդյոք մասնակցելու է դեկտեմբերի վերջին կայանալիք ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների հավաքին, ինչպես նաև ԱՊՀ ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը երեկ տեսաուղերձով դիմել էր կառավարությունների ղեկավարներին, նաև հույս էր հայտնել, որ այդ երկրների ղեկավարները կմասնակցեն Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կազմակերպվող հավաքներին։

Եթե Փաշինյանը հրաժարվի այս հավաքից ևս, ապա դա լուրջ քաղաքական և տնտեսական հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։
