Գերասիմովի հայտնությունը նախազգուշացում է Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին

Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակը շարունակում է լարված մնալ, բայց կայունացման հստակ միտում ունի։ Մոսկվայում այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԶՈՒ շտաբի պետ Վալերի Գերասիմովը։ Ի դեպ առաջին անգամն է, որ ՌԴ ԶՈՒԳՇ-ն անդրադառնում է Հարվային Կովկասին։ Մինչ այս գրեթե բոլոր ռուսական կառույցները Պետդումայից մինչև նախագահական անդրադարձել են, իրենց կարծիքը հայտարարել են, սակայն վերջին տասնամյակների ընթացքում թերևս առաջին անգամն է, որ Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր շտաբն անդրադառնում է Արցախի ստեղծված իրավիճակին։
Բանակի գեներալ Գերասիմովը նշել է, թե Մոսկվան շարունակում է աշխատել Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև սուր հակասությունները լուծելու, խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու ուղղությամբ։ Նաև նպատակադրված աշխատանք է տանում Հարավային Կովկասում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցության ապաշրջափակման ուղղությամբ։
Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինայնն ու Հայաստանի իշխանության բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ քննադատություներ են հնչեցնում ռուս խաղաղապահների հասցեին՝ նրանց մեղադրելով ընդհուպ Արցախի հայաթափման մեջ, Վալերի Գերասիմովը դրվատանքով է խոսել խաղաղապահների գործունեության մասին՝ նշել, որ հենց նրանց միջնորդական ջանքերի շնորհիվ ընդամենը 24 ժամվա ընթացքում ձեռք է բերվել հրադադար, ապա և ապահովել Ղարաբաղի գրեթե ողջ բնակչության անվտանգ ելքը Հայաստանի տարածք։
Այստեղ առանցքային կարևորության տեղեկությունը հենց Վալերի Գերասիմովի անդրադարձն է։ Նշենք, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատումն ու սահմանագծումը պետք է իրականացվի Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր շտաբի 1975 թվականի քարտեզով, և ռուսական գլխավոր ռազմական կառույցն առաջիկայում առաջատար դեր է գրավելու հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման գործընթացում, ուստի և Գերասիմովն անձամբ իր շուրթերով նախազգուշացումներ է անում Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին։
