«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Բավականին հետաքրքիր մանրամասնություններ է պատմել ՀԱԿ փոխնախագահ Լևոն Զուրաբյանը: Երեկ նա ասել է, որ 2018-ի ապրիլի 23-ին՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականի մասին հայտարարությունից հետո, բարձր տրամադրությամբ երբ գնացել են առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի մոտ, տեսել են, որ նա նստած է շատ լուրջ, անգամ դեմքի մռայլ արտահայտությամբ: Ասել են՝ պարո՛ն նախագահ, ամբողջ ժողովուրդը ցնծում է, ինչո՞ւ եք դուք այս տրամադրության մեջ: Ըստ Զուրաբյանի վկայության, Տեր-Պետրոսյանը նրանց ասել է. «Լսեք, դուք չե՞ք հասկանում, այսօր ես ամենադժբախտ մարդն եմ Հայաստանում, որովհետև իշխանության է գալիս մի մարդ, որը կործանելու է և՛ Արցախը, և՛ Հայաստանը»:
ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանն, անկասկած, հրաշալի գիտեր, թե ինչ է ասում: Դա կանխատեսում էլ չէ, այլ «դիագնոզ»: Թեկուզ այն պարզ պատճառով, որ Հայաստանում շատ քիչ մարդիկ կան, որ կարող են իրապես շատ լավ ճանաչել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, իմանալ նրա, ինչպես ասվում է՝ ուղնուծուծը, հստակ գնահատել նրա ունակություններն ու հնարավորությունները: Այդ քչերից մեկը, պետք է ասել, հենց Լևոն ՏերՊետրոսյանն է: Այո, Տեր-Պետրոսյանը երիցս ճիշտ է ասել (կանխատեսել, ախտորոշել, ինչպես կուզեք): Ափսոս միայն, որ առաջին նախագահը դա ասել է միայն յուր քաղաքական մերձավորներին, այլ ոչ թե հրապարակավ ու հենց 2018 թվի ապրիլի 23-ին կամ գոնե մայիսի 1-ին, կամ թեկուզ՝ 8-ին: Գուցե այն ժամանակ ցնծացող «ժողովրդի», հասարակության մի մասն ականջալուր լիներ: Գուցե...
Ու խոսքը միայն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի մասին չէ, ի վերջո, էլի կային մարդիկ, որ գուցե այդքան մանրակրկիտ ծանոթ չէին Փաշինյանի բուն էությանը, սակայն ոչ պակաս հեռատեսություն ու կանխազգացում ունեին, թե Փաշինյանի վարչապետավարումը ինչ աղետների կարող է հանգեցնել: Չնայած, այնպես էլ չէ, որ ասողներ ընդհանրապես չկային: Բայց ո՞վ էր նրանց ականջ դնողը: Տիրապետող տրամադրությունների, եթե չասենք՝ էյֆորիայի մեջ սուզվում ու խլացվում էին ողջախոհության հատուկենտ ձայնարկումները, նույնիսկ՝ ոչ հրապարակային, այլ նեղ ընկերական, բարեկամական, հարևանային միջավայրերում: Եթե նպատակը միայն «Սերժին մերժելն» էր (այն օրերի հիմնական կարգախոսը), ապա Արցախը կամ(և) Հայաստանը կործանելը լավագույն գինը չէր դրա դիմաց: Ավելի ճիշտ, դա վատագուն, ամենից վատթար գինն է, որ կարող էր վճարել իր բուն հայրենիքի հազիվ 10 տոկոսի վրա ծվարած մի բազմահազարամյա ժողովուրդ: Բայց վճարեց, վճարեցինք, ու, ցավոք, շարունակում ենք վճարել այդ անընդունելի «գինը»: Մնում է հասկանանք՝ մինչև ե՞րբ...
