Բռնության ենթարկված, 4 տարի կոմայի մեջ գտնված և 2023 թվականին մահացած փոխգնդապետ Արա Մխիթարյանի գործով իշխանությունը հերթական անբարոյականությանն է դիմել, գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբաակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«4 տարի առաջ, դաժան ծեծի ենթարկելու և սպային կոմայի հասցնելու համար 5 տարի ժամկետով դատապարտված անձին, ըստ Մխիթարյանի հարազատների, վաղաժամ ազատ են արձակել:

Սա այն դեպքում, որ փոխգնդապետի մահից հետո նրա ծնողները դիմել էին իրավապահներին` վերաորակավորելու գործը, սակայն շուրջ 6 ամիս մարդկանց «ֆռցնելուց» հետո, դատարանի վճռով սպային մահվան հասցրած անձը, շուրջ 4.5 տարի նստելուց հետո վաղաժամ ազատ է արձակվել:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ այս գործով անցնում էին Վայոց ձորի նախկին մարզպետ, ներկայումս քպ-ական պատգամավոր Տրդատ Սարգսյանի մերձավոր անձինք, իսկ ըստ Արա Մխիթարյանի ընկերների, Տրդատ Սարգսյանը ևս դեպքի վայրում է եղել:

Այս 4 տարիների ընթացքում իշխանությունն ինչպես հասցրեց՝ այլանդակեց գործը, արանքից մարդիկ հանեց, միջադեպին ներկա փոխգնդապետի ծառայակից ընկերներին բանակից հանեց, գլխներին գործ սարքեց ու դա միայն այն բանի համար, որ վերջիններս իրենք հարվածներ ընդունելով՝ փորձել էին փրկել սպայի կյանքը, ինչի մասին մանրամասն հայտնել էին նաև իրենց ցուցմունքներում:

Սա է այս իշխանության դաժան ու գարշելի կերպարը, որի համար սպայի կյանքը արժեք չունի»,- ընդգծել է Տիգրան Աբրահամանը:
