Ազգային ժողովի «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար, Արցախի նախկին նախագահի խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանությունից հետո կառավարությունը հայտարարեց օժանդակության տարբեր ծրագրերի մասին, սակայն դրանք ոչ ամբողջությամբ են հասանելի:
Ամենատարբեր պատճառներով արցախցիների որոշ խմբեր չեն կարողանում օգտվել այդ ծրագրերից, իսկ անձնագրերի հետ կապված խնդիրները լուծելու համար բարդ արկածների միջով պետք է անցնես:
Իհարկե, նաև պետք է նշել, որ մինչև արցախցիների բռնի տեղահանություն էլ այս մասով անընդհատ խնդիրներ կար` բուն անձնագրերից մինչև հերթերի խնդիր, բայց Արցախի հանձնումից ու մեր հայրենակիցների ՀՀ մուտք գործելուց հետո, դրանք ծանր փորձություն են դարձել բոլորի համար:
Արցախցիների ամենամեծ խնդիրներից մեկն էլ` աշխատանքի խնդիրն է: Մարդիկ չեն ցանկանում շարունակ պետության հույսին մնալ և պետք է հնարավորություն ստանան աշխատելու:
Խնդիրներից մեկը` քաղաքացիության հետ կապված հարցն է, որը նույնիսկ դիմելուց հետո երկար ժամանակ է տևում, սա վերաբերվում է պետական սեկտորին, իսկ Արցախում պետական համակարգում` ուժային համակարգից մինչև ոլորտային գերատեսչություններ, մեծ թվով մարդիկ են աշխատել, ովքեր ունեն գիտելիք և հնարավորություն այստեղ դրսևորվելու համար:
Կան, իհարկե, օբյեկտիվ առումով, դժվար կամ երկար կարգավորման հարցեր, սակայն շատ խնդիրներ էլ կարելի է կարճ ժամանակում լուծել, սակայն դրա համար իշխանությանը քաղաքական կամք է պետք, որը չկա:
Այսօր առկա մեծ թվով խնդիրներն են, որ շատ արցախցիների դրդել կամ դրդում են հեռանալ նաև Հայաստանից, ինչը բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով պետք է կանխել, իսկ դրա համար մարդկանց անհրաժեշտ է աշխատանք և կյանքի ու ապրուստի գոնե նվազագույն պայմաններ»:
