ԵՊՀ իրանագիտության ամբիոնի վարիչ, իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանն իր տելեգրամյան ալիքում գրել է․

«Բաքվի բռնապետը երդմնակալության ելույթում ուղենշել է նաև իր ղեկավավարած բարբարոսական վարչախմբի՝ համաթուրանականության պատրանքի շրջանակներում առաջ շարժվելու հստակ մտադրությունը, մասնավորապես, նշելով, որ «Թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպությունը» գլխավոր միջազգային կառույցն է իրենց համար, որովհետե դա, իբր, իրենց ընտանիքն է։ 

Այս արձանագրումը, որքանով որ մարտահրավերներ է պարունակում Հայաստանի համար, նույնքանով նաև՝ հնարավորություններ։ Բազմիցս եմ նշել, որ Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի հետ ունեցած մեր խնդիրները զուտ տեղային կամ, պատկերավոր ասած, ինչ-որ փոքր գյուղերի կամ աննշան տարածքների հարցեր չեն, ինչպես փորձ է կատարվում ներկայացնել «սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում» գեղեցիկ ցուցանակով։ 

Հայաստանի պայքարը Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի դեմ տեղային նշանակության «անկարևոր» հարցերի շուրջ պայքար չէ, այլ պայքար է համաթուրանականության հակամարդկային և ծավալապաշտական նկրտումների հարավկովկասյան պլացդարմ արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի դեմ։

Միայն հիմնախնդրի նման իրական լայն բովանդակության առաջմղման և հասկանալիորեն բացատրելու ու այս ուղղությամբ եռանդուն աշխատելու տիրույթում է, որ մենք ի զորու կլինենք այլ պետությունների հետ ձևակերպել համատեղ շահերի վրա խարսխվող օրակարգ, ձեռք բերելու դաշնակիցներ կենաց ու մահու այս պայքարում հաղթանակ գրանցելու համար, քանզի համաթուրանականության դեմ համատեղ ճակատի ստեղծումն է, որ կարող է շահագրգռել մեր այժմյան և պոտենցիալ դաշնակիցներին։
