Իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը գրում է․ «Բաքվի բարբարոսական վարչախմբի պարագլխի երդմնակալության ելույթում համաթուրանական շեշտադրումները, և այն, որ արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի համար ամենակարևոր կազմակերպություն հռչակվեց «Թյուրքական պետությունների կազմակերպությունը», խորքային իմաստով ուղղված էր ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի դեմ, այլ նաև, որքան էլ պարադոքսալ թվա, Թուրքիայի։
Ռուսաստանին, փաստացիորեն, անթաքույց կերպով ակնարկվեց, որ նրա աշխարհաքաղաքական և տնտեսական ծրագիր ԵԱՏՄ-ում Բաքվի բռնապետը որևէ հեռանկար չի տեսնում և չի մասնակցելու դրան։
Իրանի պարագայում ակնհայտ է, որ համաթուրանականության «ջահակիրը» դառնալ ձգտող Բաքվի բարբարոսսկան վարչախումբն իր շոշափուկները նաև, այսպես կոչված, «ադրբեջանականության» համադրմամբ, փորձելու է տարածել իրանական հինավուրց երկրամաս Ատրպատականի թյուրքախոս իրանցիների շրջանում։
Սակայն ամենաուշագրավը, թերևս, այն էր, որ նույն համաթուրանականության առաջնորդության՝ Բաքվի բռնապետի հավակնությունները կրկին «ադրբեջանականության» զուգահեռ խթանմամբ և Արցախի Հանրապետության բռնազավթման գործում Թուրքիայի օժանդակության հանգամանքը ելույթում լիակատար մոռացության մատնելով, փորձ է արվում ոչ միայն ձեռնոց նետելու «թյուրքական աշխարհում» Անկարայի առաջատար դերին, այլ նաև թուլացնելու Թուրքիայի գնալով ավելի անկառավարելի դարձող ազդեցությունը հենց արհեստածին Ադրբեջանի ներսում։
Կարծում եմ՝ Բաքվի բռնապետի հաջորդ քայլերից է լինելու արհեստածին Ադրբեջանով մեկ թուրքական դրոշների լռելյան և աստիճանական հեռացումը տեսանելի վայրերից»։
