«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչի՞ համար են մեր հասարակության ամենատարբեր շերտերի, ամենատարբեր բնակավայրերի ներկայացուցիչներ առնվազն վերջին մեկ տարում մեծ կամ փոքր խմբերով բողոքի ակցիաներ արել, ներառյալ՝ ճանապարհ փակելը, հրապարակային դժգոհություն ու անհամաձայնություն հայտնելը:
Փորձենք հընթացս «գույքագրել», ու, եթե որևէ դեպք չհիշատակենք, ապա ներողամտորեն և ինքնուրույն ավելացրեք ցանկին: Խոսքը քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից կազմակերպված հանրահավաքների մասին չէ, որոնց նույն այդ մեր հարգելի քաղաքացիներից շատերը չեն էլ մասնակցում: Խոսքը «թեմատիկ» ակցիաների մասին է:
Եվ այսպես. մարդիկ վերջին ամիսներին բողոքի ակցիաներ են արել՝ «վրացական համարանիշերով» մեքենաների վերաբերյալ փաշինյանական կառավարության որոշման դեմ, ձկնաբուծարաններին վերաբերող խնդիրներով, սիգի որսի հետ կապված (սա ոչ այնքան բողոքի ակցիա էր, որքան ուղիղ ֆիզիկական դիմադրություն՝ փաշինյանական իշխանությանը, ի դեմս նրա ոստիկանական պարեկների), Վարդենիսի «անձնագրային բաժնի լուծարման», մարտունեցի «խոպանչիների»՝ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնածների եկամուտը հարկելու հետ կապված:
Էլի մի քանի հանգամանք կարելի էր հիշատակել, բայց մեր «մտքի թելն» այլ շեշտադրում ունի: Այսինքն, մարդիկ, հասարակության այս կամ այն շերտի ներկայացուցիչներ փողոց են ելնում (ելել) միայն այն դեպքերում, երբ խնդիրն ուղղակիորեն վերաբերվել է իրենց գրպանին, այդ գրպանին իշխանության կողմից «կպնելուն», կարճ ասած՝ երբ իշխանության, կառավարության այս կամ այն քայլը, որոշումը հարվածել է կամ հասել է անմիջականորեն իրենց մաշկին:
Նույնիսկ նորմալ է, եթե մարդն, ի վերջո, հասկանում է, որ սխալվել է ժամանակին, հատկապես 2021 թվականին՝ աջակցելով, վերընտրելով աղետաբեր իշխանությանն ու նրա ղեկավարին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Բայց տարօրինակ է, որ սխալվելու ընկալումը վրա է հասնում բացառապես սեփական, անձնական շահերին սպառնացող վտանգի պարագայում, բայց ոչ երկրի, ոչ պետության...
Ստացվում է՝ զուտ «սոցիալական» հարցերի համար մարդիկ կարող են փողոց փակել, իշխանության հասցեին ինչ ասես արտահայտվել, իսկ այն, որ նույն իշխանության գործունեության հետևանքով, պատկերավոր ասած, երկիրն է, կներեք, «վարի գնում», կարծես մի զգալի հատվածին առանձնապես չի էլ հուզում: Լավ, էլ ինչե՞ր պետք է անի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, էլ ինչե՞ր պետք է զիջի, էլ որքա՞ն երիտասարդի պիտի զոհի, էլ ի՞նչ հայտարարություններ պիտի անի, որ մեր հանրությունը վերջապես գիտակցի, որ ամեն ինչ գրպանով ու ստամոքսով չի որոշվում, որ այս իշխանությունը երկիրը տանում է կործանման:
