Մեծ ցավով տեղեկացանք, որ Բաքվի բռնապետական ռեժիմը քանդել է տվել Արցախի անկախ պետականության խորհրդանիշներից մեկը՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի շենքը։ Հայ ժողովուրդը ևս մեկ անգամ համոզվեց, որ Ադրբեջանը բացարձակապես պատրաստ չէ Հայաստանի հետ կայուն, անկեղծ ու երկարատև խաղաղության։
Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային Ժողովի շենքը քանդելը, մեր խորին համոզմամբ, Բաքվի բռնապետական վարչախմբի պատասխանն է Արցախի Ազգային Ժողովի վերջին շրջանի այն նախաձեռնության, որը նպատակ ունի կազմակերպել արցախցիների վերադարձը հայրենի օջախներ՝ միջազգային արդյունավետ երաշխիքների ներքո․ ուստի վանդալիզմի այս ստոր ակտը ուղերձ է առ այն, որ Բաքուն չի պատրաստվում հանդուրժել հայ մարդու արժանապատիվ մուտքն Արցախ։
Այս քայլով Բաքուն հերթական անգամ ողջ աշխարհին ցույց տվեց իր ցեղասպան ու բարբարոս դեմքը։ Քննադատության չի դիմանում միջազգային հանրության կողմից պատշաճ արձագանքի բացակայությունն ընդհանրապես, և ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելության անգործությունը՝ մասնավորապես։
Բաքվի նման քաղաքականությունը նաև արդյունքն է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իշխանությունը զավթած վարչակազմի հակազգային ու անողնաշար կեցվածքի։ Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ թշնամու հակամարդկային գործելաոճը կդադարի միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ հայ ժողովուրդը համախումբ ու արժանի հակահարված տա իրեն ցեղասպանել ձգտող Բաքվի վարչախմբին և վերականգնի իրավունքները սեփական հայրենիքի նկատմամբ։
