А/H1N1 վիրուսին ուշ արձագանքելու հետևանքները

А/H1N1 գրիպն ամերիկացի գիտնական Ռիչարդ Շոուպի կողմից բացահայտվել է 1931-ին, սակայն ընդամենը 2009-ին է հայտնի դարձել որպես «խոզի գրիպ»: Յոթ տարի առաջ աշխարհը դեռ պատրաստ չէր դիմակայել այդ վիրուսին, ինչի հետևանքով մահացան հազարից ավել մարդիկ:
Անցել են տարիներ, սակայն այսօր նույնպես վարակը առկա է մի շարք երկրներում: Հիմնական բարդությունները, մահացությունների թվի աճը, հոսպիտալացումների քանակը մեծամասամբ պայմանավորված են նրանով, որ որոշ երկրներ գրիպին բավականին ուշ են արձագանքում:
Ինչպես գիտենք, այսօր գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների համաճարակը տարածված է Ռուսաստանում, Ուկրաինայում, Վրաստանում և այլ երկրներում: Դատելով խոզի գրիպի հետևանքով ՌԴ-ում գրանցված մահացությունների և հոսպիտալացումների թվերից, կարելի է մտածել, որ այս երկրում վարակը բավականին արագ զարգացում է ունեցել, սակայն դա հիմնականում պայմանավորված է ոչ թե վիրուսի արագ զարգացումով, այլ այն հանգամանքով, որ ռուսները պարզապես շատ ուշ են արձագանքել գրիպին: Դրա հետևանքով էլ առաջացել են բարդություններ: Պատահական չէ, որ Ռուսաստանի առողջապահության նախարար Վերոնիկա Սկվարցովան հայտարարել է, որ երկրում գրիպի համաճարակը ժամանակից շուտ է սկսվել.«Մեզ համար սա շուտ է: Նախկինում ամեն ինչ ավելի ուշ էր լինում»:
Ճիշտ ժամանակին արձագանքելու շնորհիվ, հնարավոր է փրկել բազմաթիվ կյանքեր, տեղեկացնել բնակչությանը գրիպի կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների և քայլերի մասին, ինչը սակայն Ռուսաստանում եղավ շատ ուշ ՝ տարբեր քաղաքներում արձանագրված մահերից հետո:
Նույնը կարելի է ասել Վրաստանի և Ուկրաինայի մասին: «Խոզի գրիպը» շատ ավելի շուտ է մուտք գործել այս երկրներ, ավելին, վարակը Հայաստան է եկել հենց այստեղից, սակայն Վրաստանի և Ուկրաինայի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունները գրիպի մասին հայտնել են շատ ուշ:
А/H1N1-ը չի շրջանցել նաև Ադրբեջանին: Այնտեղ, սակայն, այդ մասին ոչինչ չեն ասում: Հաշվի առնելով ներկայիս իրավիճակը և ներքին խմորումները, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փորձում են թաքցնել վարակի մասին տեղեկատվությունը: Ամեն դեպքում, դատելով բլոգային քննարկուներից, կարելի է հստակ ասել, որ վարակը խլել է երեք տասնյակից ավել մարդկանց կյանքեր:
