Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
2008-12թթ-ին «Նորավանք» գիտակրթական հիմնադրամը (ռազմարվեստի պատմաբան Սուրեն Մարտիկյանի գլխավորությամբ) պատրաստել և հրապարակել էր «Մեր հաղթանակները» վերնագրով քառահատորյակ:
Նախաձեռնության նպատակն էր հանրությանը ներկայացնել Հայաստանի հարուստ ռազմական պատմությունը (եթե ճիշտ եմ հիշում` 300-ից ավելի մեծ ու փոքր հաղթանակներ):
«Մեր հաղթանակները» գրքի հատորներն ընդգրկում են հայոց պատմության հնագույն շրջանից մինչև Արցախյան պատերազմում արձանագրված հաղթանակները:
Այն ընդգրկում է IV-Xդդ. պարսկական և արաբական գերտերությունների դեմ մղած պայքարում մեր բանակի տարած հաղթանակների համառոտ նկարագրությունը: XI-XIIIդդ. Հայոց Բագրատունիների թագավորության, հայկական իշխանությունների և Կիլիկյան թագավորության օտար նվաճողների դեմ մղած պայքարում տարած հաղթանակների նկարագրությունը : 1720-ական թթ. Արցախի և Սյունիքի ազատագրական պայքարի հաղթանակների նկարագրությունը և այլն: Հատուկ տեղ է հատկացվում ինչպես ֆիդայական շարժմանը, այնպես էլ հայ ժողովրդի մասնակցությանը թուրքական և պարսկական տիրապետության դեմ ծավալված պատերազմներին ու երկու աշխարհամարտերին:
Կրկին գալիս հանգում ես պարադոքսին, թե ինչպե՞ս է այսքան հերոսական հաղթական պատմություն, բազմադարյա մշակույթ և յուրօրինակ ինքնություն ունեցող հինավուրձ ժողովուրդը` մեծ Հայրենիքից վերածվել փոքրիկ ու բզկտված մի կտոր լեռնաշխարհի:
Երևի թե մեր ժամանակների նման կռվող տղերքը` հաղթել են, երկիր պաշտպանողները` պահել ու շենացրել են, հետո հող հանձնողները`եկել ու հանձնել են, փող աշխատողները` ինչպես միշտ փողի գերի են եղել, արտագաղթողները` թողել փախել են, դավաճաններն էլ` մնացել են անպատիժ:
Էլ որտեղի՞ց լինի Հայաստանը, երբ դավաճանած ու երկրի մեծ մասը հանձնած թիվ մեկ պատասխանատուն, 21-րդ դարում, Նոյեմբերյանի մի քանի խեղճ ու կրակ գյուղացու հավաքել ու համոզում է, որ պետք է ձեր հողերն էլ տանք թշնամուն:
