Հայաստանին պատուհասած ճակատագիրը, կարծում եմ, ինչպես սեփական քաղաքականության, այնպես էլ աշխարհաքաղաքական օբյեկտիվ զարգացումների անխուսափելի հետևանք է: Ցավոք, դրանց զուգադիպությունը խիստ անպատեհ, բայց կանխատեսելի էր: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է արդարադատության նախկին նախարար, իրավագիտության դոկտոր Գևորգ Դանիելյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «2014 թ. հետո, երբ Ղրիմն անցավ Ռուսաստանին և հասունացավ ռուս-ուկրաինական բախումը, Թուրքայի նշանակությունը Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական կյանքում կտրուկ աճեց և դարձավ գրեթե անփոխարինելի: Թուրքիան կարողացավ միաժամանակ և ՆԱՏՕ-ի առանցքային անդամի և Ռուսաստանի հետ աննախադետ տնտեսական և ռազմական դաշնակցի դեր ստանձնել:
Առանց Թուրքիայի Ադրբեջանը գործնականում ոչնչի հասնել չէր կարող, ուստի ընտրվեց հարմար պահը, ինչին կարող էր ողջամտորեն խոչընդոտել միայն Հայաստանի խելամիտ քաղաքականությունը, արդյունքում Ադրբեջանն ստացավ անհամեմատ ավելին և դեռ շարունակում է ակնկալել: Ներկայումս որևէ արտաքին քաղաքական ուժ այլևս շահագրգռված չէ Ադրբեջանի հետագա ծավալապաշտական ու ռազմատենչ քայլերի մեջ, մասնավորապես արևմուտքի շահը գազի, նավթի անխափան մատակարարումն ու ոսկու հանքերի շահագործումն է, ինչին արդեն հասել են:
Հետագա տարածքային փոփոխությունները, բացառությամբ Մեղրու միջանցքի, չի շոշափում նաև Ռուսաստանի շահերը: Այդ երկրի նախագահը նույնիսկ հայտարարում է, որ հարկ է ղեկավարվել ՌԴ գլխավոր շտաբում պահվող 1926 թ. քարտեզով, որի համաձայն՝ Հայաստանն ունի 31 հազար քկմ և չկա որևէ անկլավ, բացառությամբ՝ Արծվաշենի:
