Ցանկացած հարցում քանդել եղած համակարգը և տեղում չսարքել ոչինչ՝ սխալ է, իսկ փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ տեղում չի սարքվում ոչինչ:
Պետական համակարգի օպտիմալացումը պետք է որ դաս լիներ. խնդիրները օպտիմալացման արդյունքում միայն խորացան՝ վկան գյուղատնտեսության բարձիթողի վիճակը։
Երևանի Կոմիտասի անվան պետական կոնսերվատորիան եզակի հաստատություն է, այն լոկ կառույց չէ, ի՞նչ է՝ հետո Օպերան, ֆիլհարմոնիկի շե՞նքն են առաջարկելու տանել օրինակ «մշակութային քաղաք»:
