Քրոնիկ հոգնածության ի հայտ գալու պատճառն անհրաժեշտ է փնտրել երկու ուղղությամբ՝ մարդու առողջության բժշկական տեսանկյունից և նրա հոգեկան վիճակից, որը կախված է օրվա ռեժիմից, աշխատունակությունից և աշխատանքի հանդեպ վերաբերմունքից, ստացված կամ չստացված անձնական կյանքից:

Քրոնիկ հոգնածության պատճառներ
1. Ոչ ճիշտ սնունդը կարող է հանգեցնել օրգանիզմում վիտամինների, մակրո և միկրոէլեմենտների պակասի, իսկ սա, իր հերթին՝ կարող է դառնալ հորմոնային խախտումների պատճառ:
