Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Դավադիր բոսյակներ կան, որ լավագույն տղերքի արյամբ 30 տարի առաջ գծված սահմանները, թշնամու պահանջով, 5 տարի հանձնում են ` հետո փորձում տգետներին համոզել, որ դա հայի հող չէ:
Զարմանալու բան չկա, որովհետև նման հայտարարության հեղինակները, դատավճիռ ստանալու փոխարեն` շարունակում են պատերազմող ժողովրդի գրպանից առնվազն պարգևավճարներ թռցնել:
Հետո էլ ասում ենք ինչու՞ եղավ հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, ինչու՞ կորցրեցինք անկախ պետականությունը, ինչու՞ էին մեր տարածքները մասնատվում և բաժանվում հարևան տերությունների միջև, ինչու՞ են միշտ օտարները որոշել մեր ճակատագիրը, ինչու՞ ենք սփռվել ամբողջ աշխարհով և այլ նմանատիպ տխուր ինչուներ:
Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան Հանրապետությունը պատիվ, հեղինակություն, քաղաքական կամք, ազգային շահ, անվտանգություն, զարգացում և խաղաղություն ունեցել է միայն 1994-2018 թվականներին:
Եկել է քննադատված ու զրպարտված ՆԱԽԿԻՆՆԵՐ-ի կառավարման տարիներին երանի տալու և նրանց ստեղծած հանրապետությունը վերադարձնելու ժամանակը` անցյալի սխալների և թերությունների շտկումներով:
Նիկոլն ամեն ինչ հասցրել է ձախողման եզրին: Սակայն նույնիսկ ձախողված պետությունների վերականգնման ու զարգացման փորձ աշխարհն ունի: Ոչ առաջինն ենք, ոչ էլ` վերջինը:
Հույսի, հավատի, սիրո և միասնության ժամանակներ են գալիս: Ռևանշն անխուսափելի է:
