Մարտի 10-ին ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներից մեկն անոնս էր հրապարակել Բաքվի բանտում բռնի կերպով և ապօրինաբար պահվող` Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի և ՊԲ նախկին հրամանատար Լևոն Մնացականյանի մասնակցությամբ մտացածին ֆիլմի նկարահանման կադրերից:
Կադրերում երևում է, որ Ադրբեջանի բռնապետական ռեժիմը, անարգելով մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային հիմնարար սկզբունքները, «հարցազրույց» է կորզում պատանդառված հայ ղեկավարներից և պատրաստվում այն հեռարձակել այսօր՝ մարտի 28-ին:
Հիբրիդային պատերազմի, հոգեբանական ճնշումների հակահայ քարոզչագործիքները նոր երևույթ չեն։
Հայաստանի ներկայիս թուլամորթ ղեկավարի կողմից դիմադրության բացակայության պայմաններում Բաքվի բռնապետական վարչակարգը կիրառում է հոգեբանական ներազդման ամենաքստմնելի միջոցը` անպաշտպան, պատանդի կարգավիճակում պահվող մեր հայրենակիցներին նվաստացնելը:
Ալիևյան ցեղասպան ռեժիմն այս քայլով ձգտում է ոչ միայն խոր հոգեբանական տառապանքներ պատճառել գերիներին, նրանց հարազատներին, այլև նվաստացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանն ու հայ ժողովրդին։
Կոչ ենք անում չտրվելու այս սադրանքին, ոչ մի դեպքում սոցիալական ցանցերում չտարածելու վերը նշված տեսանյութը կամ դրա առանձին հատվածներ, չհավատալու սպառնալիքի տակ մեր հայրենակիցներից կորզված խոսքերին, ուղերձներին:
Ագրեսորի, ահաբեկչի դեմ պայքարի միջոցը մեկն է` հավատարիմ մնալ մեր արժեքներին, դուրս գալ վախի շրջանակից և համախմբված հակահարված տալ:
Մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ Բաքվի ցեղասպան վարչախումբը պատասխան տա իր այս ստոր, հակամարդկային արարքների, իսկ ՀՀ օկուպացիոն վարչախումբը՝ դավաճանական անգործության համար։
