Սիրելի՛ ընկերներ, ձեր առաջարկով այս անգամ փոդքաստը նվիրված կլինի МИР քարտերի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին, այն հասանելի կլինի երկուշաբթի, իսկ մինչ այդ հասկանանք ի՞նչ է կատարվում։
Վաղվանից մեր հանրապետության բոլոր առևտրային բանկերը, բացառությամբ ՎՏԲ բանկի, դադարեցնում են МИР քարտերի սպասարկումը: Թե սա ինչպիսի՞ հետևանքներ կարող է առաջացնել հայրենական տնտեսության համար, մեկ-երկու մասնագետ է առայժմ միայն ահազանգում…
Հայաստանյան բանկերը չեն ուզում հայտնվել արևմտյան սանկցիաների թիրախում. շատ լավ, բնական ցանկություն է, բայց ի՞նչ է լինելու հետո։
Միայն 2023 թ.-ին ՌԴ-ից Հայաստան է փոխանցվել 3,9 միլիարդ դոլար տրանսֆերտ, որից 3,1 միլիարդը՝ առևտրային նպատակներով, անշուշտ մեծ մասը փոխանցվել է ՄԻՐ քարտերով:
Այսինքն ռուս ռելոկանտների կոմից այս քարտերով կատարվող գնումները աշխուժացրել են մեր տնտեսությունը: Այս աշխուժացումն էլ իր հերթին արտացոլվում է օրինակ վերջին 2 տարիներին այդքան փառաբանվող տնտեսական աճի մեջ:
Սանկցիաներ չե՞նք ուզում՝ իհարկե՛ չենք ուզում, բայց հակառակ կողմում հայկական տնտեսության՝ ռուսական շուկայից ահռելի կախվածությունն է: Հիմա Հայաստանը կարո՞ղ է իրեն էնպիսի ճոխություն թույլ տա, որ հրաժարվի այդքան միլիարդի հոսքից:
Հաջորդ խնդիրը. Հայաստանում մի քանի հարյուր հազար կենսաթոշակառու և նպաստառու հենց МИР քարտերով է ստանում իրենց համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ամսական թոշակը: Ի՞նչ աշխատանք է տարվել այս մարդկանց հետ, բացի առցանց համակարգով դիմելու հայտարարությունից։ Սա՞ է հավասարակշռված ու զգուշավոր մոտեցումը, երբ թոշակառուների մեծ մասը՝ միայն օրեր անց է պարզելու իրենց գլխին եկած խնդիրների մասին։
