Ադրբեջանական վերջին օրերի ակտիվությունն առաջնագծում դրսևորվեց նաև խաղաղ բնակավայրերի թիրախավորմամբ, սա իրադրային զարգացումների ամենավտանգավոր հանգամանքն է:

Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Ուշագրավ է, որ Տավուշի գյուղերի ուղղությամբ վերջին տարիներին կրակահերթեր չէին եղել:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է Սյունիքի մարզի գյուղերին` Խոզնավարից մինչև Արավուս, Տեղ, ապա 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո, երբ Ադրբեջանը երկու փուլով դիրքավորվեց համայնքից բավականին մոտ հեռավարության վրա, սա առհասարակ նոր երևույթ է:

Կարծում եմ` ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությունը պետք է կենտրոնանար հատկապես այս խնդրին, սակայն ոչ միայն դրանք արձանագրելու և զեկույցներում ամրագրելու, այլ դրանից բխող օպերատիվ քայլերով:

ԵՄ-ն տարբեր խողովակներով պաշտոնական Բաքվին պետք է հասցնի ուղերձներ առ այն, որ չի հանդուրժի հատկապես խաղաղ բնակիչների թիրախավորումը և միջոցներ ձեռնարկի, որպեսզի դրանք այլևս չկրկնվեն:

Զինված ուժերի տեսադիտարկման համակարգերերն արձանագրելու նվազագույն գործառույթն իրականացնում են, ԵՄ դիտորդների դերն այդ փաստերի հիման վրա քաղաքական ճնշումների հիմք ստեղծելն ու Բրյուսելին փոխանցելն է` Բաքվին հետագա գործողություններից զերծ պահելու նպատակով:

Համենայդեպս, սա է մեր հասարակության սպասումը, հակառակ դեպքում ԵՄ առաքելության ներկայությունը որևէ ձևով չի կարող արդարացված կամ ընկալելի լինել», - գրել է նա:
