Վարչախումբը հրաժարվում է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչումից և անվտանգության ապահովումից

ՀՀ փաստացի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթն Ազգային Ժողովում հերթական անգամ ապացուցեց, որ նրա ղեկավարած վարչախումբը հրաժարվում է իր իսկ ուղղակի պարտականությունների կատարումից, այն է` պետության անվտանգության ապահովումը և նրա ինքնիշխան սահմանների պաշտպանությունը։ Սույն անձն իր ելույթով նաև փաստացի հրաժարվում է ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչումից` առաջ քաշելով «պատմական և իրական Հայաստանի» հակադրության կեղծ թեզը և դրանց միջև առկա պայքարի մասին իր անհեթեթ ձևակերպումները։

 Պետության անվտանգության ապահովումը բազմիցս ձախողած և ՀՀ-ի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններ թույլ տված անձն ստիպված է ընդունել, որ իր գործունեության կամ անգործության արդյունքում Հայաստանն այժմ հայտնվել է անվտանգային վակուումի մեջ: Վարչախումբը կազմաքանդել է մեր հարաբերությունները ՌԴ-ի և Իրանի հետ` միաժամանակ անվտանգության որևէ երաշխիք չստանալով ՀՀ-ի հիմնական արևմտյան գործընկերներ ԵՄ-ից և ԱՄՆ-ից։

Մոլագարի համառությամբ շարունակելով հանձնվողական քաղաքականությունը` Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև խոստովանում է, որ նույնիսկ այդ դեպքում Հայաստանի վրա չհարձակման երաշխիքներ չկան` ՀՀ-ի դեմ լայն ռազմական ներխուժում փաստացի հրահրելով և դրանով ՀՀ բնակչությանն ահաբեկելով: Ահաբեկման այս քաղաքականության նպատակն է ռազմական գործողություններ հրահրելը` դրա հետևանքների համար պատասխանատվությունը բարդելով այն քաղաքական ուժերի և բնակչության լայն շերտերի վրա, որոնք համաձայն չեն հանձնվողական քաղաքականությանը և պատրաստ են պաշտպանելու մեր պետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։

Այս գործելաոճը հակապետական և հակասահմանադրական է, ուստի դրան անմիջականորեն սատարող բոլոր անձինք ևս փաստացի հանցանք են գործում ընդդեմ մեր պետության և նրա սահմանադրական կարգի, ինչի համար անխուսափելիորեն պատասխան են տալու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իշխանությունից հեռացնելուց հետո։

«ՀայաՔվե» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը խստորեն դատապարտում է իշխող վարչախմբի այս գործելաոճը, արձանագրում, որ վարչախումբը չի ճանաչում սեփական երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և հրաժարվում է իր ուղղակի սահմանադրական պարտականության` երկիրը հնարավոր ագրեսիայից պաշտպանելու հանձնառության կատարումից։

Կոչ ենք անում ԱԺ բոլոր խմբակցություններին և պատգամավորներին անհատապես՝ նախաձեռնել իշխող վարչախմբի անվստահության գործընթաց` կանխելու մեր պետության ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ ուղղված ահագնացող սպառնալիքները։
