ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել՝ անդրադառնալով նախօրեին Ներքին Խնձորեսկի հատվածում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի առնչությամբ ԱԱԾ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրությանը։ Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
«ԱԱԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի զինծառայողների վարքագծի և Ներքին Խնձորեսկի հատվածում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի մասին շատ խոսվեց:
Ես չգիտեմ, թե ի՞նչ արտացոլված չէր պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունում, սակայն եղած տեղեկությունները հուշում են, որ սահմանապահների նպատակը եղել է մոլորված հայ հովիվի անվտանգ վերադարձը և նրանք այդ տեսանկյունից իրենց խնդիրը կատարարել են:
Այո´, եթե այդ խնդիրը լուծելու համար նաև թշնամու ուղղությամբ կրակ բացելու անհրաժեշտություն է եղել, ապա դա պետք է հենց այդպես էլ արվեր:
Ես հասկանում եմ, որ մարտական կանոնագրքերի սահմանածն ու որոշ դեպքերում, արտառոց իրադրությունը, պահանջում է գործել ըստ իրադրային զարգացման և այստեղ կանոնադրական խնդիրներ կարող են առաջանալ, սակայն ԱԱԾ զինծառայողներն այս պարագայում կարծում եմ եղած ընտրության հարցում ճիշտ որոշում են կայացրել:
Ինձ, միգուցե, մեղադրեն անհիմն լավատեսության մեջ, բայց ես հույս ունեմ, որ ԱԱԾ հաղորդագրությունը դրսի լսարանի համար ուղղված ուղերձ էր, իսկ զինծառայողների նկատմամբ քրեական վարույթը հետագայում կկարճվի, այլ ելքը կհամարեմ Սահմանապահ զորքերի և բանակի բարոյալքմանն ուղղված գործողություն:
Եվս մեկ հանգամանք. Ադրբեջանը, երբ քաղաքական որոշում է ունենում իրադրությունն առաջնագծում լարել, ապա դրա համար միշտ առիթ և պատճառ գտնում է և դա նաև ցույց տվեց որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Ներքին Հանդում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը: Այնպես որ, պետք չէ մեր զինծառայողներին թիրախավորել` համարելով, որ լարվածության աճ է կանխվում:
