Տաքսիների սպասարման որակը կփոխվի՞ արդյոք

Այսօր, բավականին հաճախ են հանդիպում քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր դժգոհում են տաքսի ծառայությունների սպասարկման որակից: Դժգոհությունները հիմնականում պայմանավորված են պատվերների ուշացումով, մեքենաների կեղտոտ լինելով, անսարքություններով և այլն:
Միևնույն ժամանակ նկատենք, որ տաքսիստներն էլ, իրենց հերթին ունենում են որոշակի դժգոհություններ կապված օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների, նոր որոշումների հետ:
Տաքսիստների շահերը պաշտպանելու նպատակով ձևավորված հասարակական կազմակերպությունները հաճախ են միջամտում նմանատիպ հարցերին և փորձում բարձրաձայնել վարորդների խնդիրները:
Այսօր նույնպես, Հայաստանի տաքսի ծառայությունների միության նախագահ Վահագն Սահակյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում խոսել է տաքսի ծառայություններին առնչվող խնդիրների մասին: Նրա պնդմամբ, ճանապարհային տուգանքների վճարման վերաբերյալ պահանջները սկսել են գալ տաքսի ծառայությունների անունով, այլ ոչ՝ վարորդների։
Սահակյանը կոչ է արել տաքսի ծառայություններին չվճարել տուգանքները։
Հայաստանում ինչքան մեծ է տաքսի ծառայություններից օգտվողների թիվը, այդքան էլ՝ տաքսիստների շահերի պաշտպանությամբ հանդես եկող ՀԿ-ների քանակը: Եվ այն հանգամանքը, որ դժգոհությունները սպասարկման որակից չափազանց շատ են, առաջ է գալիս այլ նրբություններ:
Տաքիսիտների շահերի պաշտպանությամբ հանդես եկող ՀԿ-ները երբեք չեն խոսում այն մասին, թե ինչպես են սպասարկում իրենց պաշտպանության տակ գտնվող տաքսիստները մեր քաղաքացիներին: Արդեն երկու տարի է, ինչ տաքսիստները դժգոհելով օրենքի փոփոխություններից պահանջում և ստանում են որոշակի արտոնություններ, սակայն իրենց համար առաջնայինը սեփական «տեղը չոր պահելն է»: Իրենց համար միայն իրենց գրպանն է կարևոր, բայց ոչ երբեք քաղաքացուն նորմալ ծառայություն մատուցելը: Ի՞նչ է ստացվում, իր խնդրի մասին բարձրաձայնող տաքսիստը ստանում է իրեն հուզող հարցերին լուծումներ, իսկ նրանց ծառայություններն այդպես էլ շարունակում են չգոհացնել սպառողներին
Ինչ վերաբերվում է տասքսիտների շահերը պաշտպանող հասարակական կազմակերպություններին, ապա նրանք անհնազանդության կոչեր անելու փոխարեն, լավ կլինի աշխատեն տաքսիների սպասարկման որակի բարձրացման վրա: Գլոբալ առումով, սպասարկման որակի բարձրաձումը բխում է նաև տաքսիստների շահերից:
Իհարկե հանդիպում են նաև տաքսի ծառայություններ, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ չեն առնչվում վերը նշված խնդիրների հետ:
