Փաշինյանի հիմնական նպատակը քարոզչական, քաղաքական դաշտում տրամադրությունների փոփոխության հասնելն է, թեման սառեցնելը, որից հետո հանձնման պրոցեսն իր համար առավել սահուն կլինի։
Ֆեյսբուքի էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը․
«Փաշինյանի Տավուշ կատարած վերջին այցը 2 հիմնական նպատակ ուներ` «սրբագրել» Ոսկեպար կատարած նախորդ այցի սխալները և կոնֆլիկտ հրահրել մարզի տարբեր գյուղերի միջև:
Սկսեմ առաջինից. Ոսկեպար կատարած առաջին այցի շրջանակներում, եթե մի կողմ դնենք հուզական, շանտաժային և ահաբեկման գործոնները, ապա Փաշինյանի ասածն այն էր, որ ինքը պատրաստ է գնալ ցավոտ զիջումների` գյուղերի հանձնման ճանապարհով, բայց նույնիսկ այդ պայմաններում Ադրբեջանի հետ պայմանավորվածության հասնելու երաշխիք չկա:
Այս հանդիպմանը հանրային հակազդեցության մեծ ալիք հետևեց, որը նաև արտացոլում էր գտել սոցոլոգիական հարցումների վերլուծությունում, երբ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ բնակչության ճնշող մեծամասնությունը դեմ է այդ որոշմանը:
Ի՞նչ արեց Նիկոլը: Ոչ թե հրաժարվեց անտրամաբանական ու միակողմանի զիջումների քաղաքականությունից, այլ օգտագործելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցությունները որոշակիություն դեռ չեն տալիս, գնաց այլ ճանապարհով, փորձելով եղած նույն իրողություններն այլ լույսի ներքո ներկայացնել:
Այսինքն` հանրային դժգոհության դեմ առնելու համար անկեղծ խոստովանությունները մի կողմ դրեց ու անցավ իր հայտնի ու իրեն հատուկ խաբեությանը:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է Տավուշի գյուղերում ներքին կոնֆլիկտ հրահրելուն, ապա խոսքն առաջին հերթին վերաբերվում է Բերքաբերի այն հողատարածքներին, որոնք ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի տակ են:
Նիկոլի ասելիքն այն է, որ եթե Կիրանց, Ոսկեպար, Բաղանիս հատվածում զիջումների չգնանք, ապա Բերքաբերի հողերը կմնան ադրբեջանական օկուպացիային` մարդկանց մոտ կեղծ սպասելիք առաջացնելով առ այն, թե իբր Ադրբեջանի հետ տարածքների փոխանակման օրակարգ է քննարկվում:
Իրականում Ադրբեջանի նպատակն է Հայաստանից իշխանությունից 4+4 բանաձևով ստանալ 8 գյուղ և դրա դիմաց որևէ փոխզիջման չգնալ: Սա լավագույնս հասկանում է ՀՀ իշխանությունը, սակայն մարդկանց մոտ թյուր տպավորություններ ձևավորում, թե իբր մենակ տվողի դերում չեն:
