ՀՀ կառավարությունը Ադրբեջանին է պատրաստվում փոխանցել ՀՀ տարածքում գտնվող ճանապարհը՝ խախտելով տարածքային ամբողջականությունը․ դիմել եմ Գլխավոր դատախազին․ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյան

«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
Համաձայն կառավարության հրապարակած քարտեզի, Ադրբեջանին է փոխանցվում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 30 նոյեմբերի 2023 թվականի N 2074-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված Հ-58 հանրապետական նշանակության 59 կմ-անոց ճանապարհի (նախկին Մ-16 միջպետական ճանապարհ) մի հատվածը։ Նշված ճանապարհը ներառող Տավուշի մարզի քարտեզը ներկայացված է ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության «Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ» հիմնադրամի կայքում։
Ընդ որում, վարչապետի աշխատակազմը նաև հայտարարել է, որ Կիրանց գյուղի հատվածում ճանապարհի մի քանի հարյուր մետրանոց հատվածի փոփոխություն կարվի՝ փաստելով, որ Ադրբեջանին է փոխանցում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող ճանապարհ։
Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն Հայաստանի կառավարությունը Ադրբեջանին է պատրաստվում փոխանցել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող ճանապարհի մի հատվածը, որը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականության խախտմանն ուղղված գործողություն է։
Այս կապակցությամբ, դիմել եմ Գլխավոր դատախազին՝ քրեական գործ հարուցել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 418 (պետական դավաճանություն), 421 (Տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելուն կամ ինքնիշխանությունից հրաժարվելուն ուղղված գործողությունները), 422 (Իշխանությունը զավթելուն, տարածքային ամբողջականությունը խախտելուն, ինքնիշխանությունից հրաժարվելուն կամ սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչերը), 441 (Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները կամ դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունը չարաշահելը կամ լիազորություններն անցնելը) հոդվածներով։
