ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է․
«Կիրանցի, Ոսկեպարի ու մյուս գյուղերի բնակիչները պայքարում են իրենց անվտանգության ու կյանքի, իրենց երեխաների իրավունքների համար: Մարդկանց այս պայքարն իրենց պապական տներում անվտանգ ապրեու ու ընտանիքի արժանապատիվ եկամուտ վաստակելու համար է, նրա համար է, որ արժանապատիվ կյանքի պայմաններից չզրկվեն` խմելու ջրից սկսած:
Այս խնդիրները պատրանքներ չեն: Դրանք միանգամայն իրական են, որ առաջանալու են ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներին գյուղերին մոտեցնելու արդյունքում. ապացույցները, ցավոք, ունենք Սյունիքում, Վայոց ձորում, Գեղարքունիքում:
Սեփական իրավունքների համար մարդկանց պայքարը բացարձակ արդարացի է նաև այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը, իշխանության մաս կազմող տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ 2020թ. նոյեմբերից սկսած շարունակաբար մոլորեցրել են մարդկանց, թաքցրել են առաջանալիք խնդիրները ու հիմա բերել-հասցրել են այս օրհասական վիճակի և այս ամենն արել են հանուն սեփական պաշտոնների, սեփական քաղաքական շահերի ու սեփական սխալները կոծկելու:
Բացարձակ անընդունելի է հատկապես կանանց և երեխաների նկատմաբ բռնության կիրառումը:
Հայոց եկեղեցու Սրբազան Հայրերը` Տավուշի, Գուգարաց և Շիրակի թեմերի առաջնորդները, մյուս հոգևորականները մարդկանց հետ են, քանի որ դա է բխում հոգևորականի էությունից:
