Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Կապիտալիզմ եվ ՀՀ թոշակառուներ։2018 թվականին իշխանափոխանցման արդյունքում կառավարության ղեկավար դարձածը ամեն միկրոֆոն տեսնելիս աղմկում էր իբրև հեղափոխական փոփոխություններ կատարելու իր վճռականության մասին։Շատերը կարծում էին,որ այդ փոփոխությունները պետք է անդրադառնան նաև արտաքին եվ ներքին պարտքի սպասարկմանը,քանի որ ՀՀ պետական պարտքի ցուցանիշը ,դրա սպասարկման ծախսերով ահռելի բեռ էր ՀՀ բյուջեի համար։Թվում էր թէ,նոր կառավարությունը բանակցությունների կգնար միջազգային ֆինանսական դոնորների, տեղական կապիտալիստ պարտքատերերի հետ, որպեսզի իրականացվի պարտքի դուրս գրում,կամ տոկոսագումարների վճարման հետաձգում։Դրա փոխարեն կատարվեց լրիվ հակառակը եվ վերջին վեց տարիների ընթացքում պետական պարտքը հասավ մոտ 11 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի,որից միայն 6.5 մլրդը արտաքին ,իսկ դրա սպասարկման ծախսերը էլ ավելի աճեցին ,կազմելով 322 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ 2024 թվականի համար։Որպեսզի հասկանանք թէ դա ինչ ծավալի գումար է,ընդամենը համեմատենք այն ՀՀ թոշակառուներին վճարվելիք գումարի հետ,որը 2024 համար մնալու է նույնը,տարեկան կազմելով 755 մլրդ դրամ եվ ուստի թոշակների աճ չի նախատեսվում ըստ ամենայնի։Այսինքն ՀՀ 466 հազար կենսաթոշակառուներ,որոնք երկրի տնտեսության կառուցման մեջ ավանդ ունեն, չեն ունենալու թոշակի բարձրացում եվ այն մնալու է 46 հազար դրամի միջակայքում։Փաստացի ունենք մի կառավարություն,որի համար առաջնային են տեղական եվ արտաքին կապիտալիստների շահերը։Ինչ կարելի է անել?:Առնվազն պետք է սկսել բանակցությունները պարտատերերի հետ եվ փորձել ազատված բյուջետային միջոցները ուղղել թոշակների բարձրացմանը։Ովքեր են կողմ այս առաջարկին?:
