Շարունակելով թշնամու պատվերով ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից Կիրանց գյուղի բռնազավթման դեմ պայքարի թեման, երեկ մենք թարմ հետքերով հանցագործության մասին հանգամանալից հաղորդում ներկայացրեցինք ՀՀ դատախազություն՝ քրեական օրենսգրքի երեք տարբեր հոդվածների խախտման վերաբերյալ, ընդ որում դա վերջը չի:
Մեզ հաճախ հակադարձում են, որ ՀՀ դատախազությունը գործող վարչախմբի կցորդն է, և նրա դեմ ոչ մի բան չի ձեռնարկի: Սակայն եթե քաղաքացիների կողմից ճնշումն ուժեղանա, նույնիսկ դատախազությունը ստիպված կլինի դեմքը փրկելու համար որոշ քայլեր կատարել, իսկ մեծ ճնշման դեպքում՝ նաև զոհաբերել այս խայտառակ հանցագործության որոշ մեղավորների: Ուստի կանգնեք մեր կողքին, ուժեղացրեք քաղաքացիական ճնշումը ողջ իրավապահ համակարգի վրա, վաղ թե ուշ այն տեղի կտա:
