Երևանի պետական համալսարանում այսօր կայացել է «ԲանՈՒԳործ. ԵՊՀ էքսպո-2024»-ը՝ նվիրված ԵՊՀ հիմնադրման 105-ամյակին, որը մեկ հարկի տակ հավաքել է դիմորդներին, ուսանողներին, շրջանավարտներին, համալսարանական ստորաբաժանումներին և գործատուներին։ Էքսպոյի շրջանակներում դիմորդները հնարավորություն են ունեցել ծանոթանալու մրցունակ կրթական ծրագրերին, ուսանողները` հանդիպելու իրենց ապագա գործատուներին, իսկ գործատուները՝ ներկայացնելու իրենց գործունեությունը և ընձեռած աշխատանքային հնարավորությունները։
Հայաստանյան ավելի քան 45 կազմակերպություններ բանկային, կապի, սպասարկման, արտադրական, կրիպտոարժույթների, արդյունաբերական, միջազգային զարգացման, պետական, մշակութային, գիտահետազոտական ոլորտներից այցելուներին ներկայացրել են առկա աշխատանքային հնարավորությունները։
Մասնակիցների թվում է նաև Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, որը էքսպոյին ներկայացել է իր առանձին տաղավարով։ ԶՊՄԿ-ի տաղավարում այցելուներին ներկայացվել է ընկերության պատմությունը, աշխատակիցների մասնագիտական ուղղությունների վերաբերյալ որոշակի տվյալներ, ինչպես նաև աշխարհի առաջատար հանքարդյունահանող երկրների մասին ոլորտային տեղեկատվություն: Բացի այդ՝ տաղավարի այցելուների համար անցկացվել է խաղարկություն, և պատահականության սկզբունքով ընտրված հաղթողները ստացել են գրախանութի նվեր-քարտեր։
«ԲանՈՒԳործ. ԵՊՀ էքսպո-2024»-ի շրջանակներում կայացել է նաև «Բանախոսություններ գործի մասին» խորագրով կոնֆերանսը, որի ընթացքում տարբեր ոլորտների անվանի և հաջողության հասած անհատներ ներկայացրել են թեմատիկ զեկույցներ։
Կոնֆերանսի խոսնակներից Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Vardan Dzhanian / Վարդան Ջհանյանն իր ելույթում նշել է՝ հանքարդյունաբերությունն ավանդաբար Հայաստանի ուժեղ կողմերից մեկն է եղել, որ Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններից մի քանիսը ոչ թե տասնամյակների, այլ հարյուրամյակների պատմություն ունեն՝ շեշտելով, որ այս ոլորտը մինչ այսօր ապահովում է Հայաստանի արտահանման առյուծի բաժինը և բյուջեի մուտքերի առյուծի բաժինը։
Վարդան Ջհանյանը խոսել է ոլորտի շուրջ միֆերի մասին, մասնավորապես, որ հակառակ տարածված կարծիքի, հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում բանվորական աշխատուժը աշխատուժի միայն մի մասն է; ԶՊՄԿ-ում աշխատուժի 50 տոկոսը բարձրագույն կրթություն ունի։ Ոլորտը գիտահեն ոլորտ է և այս ոլորտում ներգրավված են բազմաթիվ մասնագիտություններ, ինժեներներ, երկրաբաններ, մետալուրգներ, քիմիկոսներ, ֆինանսիստներ, իրավաբաններ և այլն։
ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալն այցելեց նաև ԵՊՀ Աշխարհագրության և երկրաբանության ֆակուլտետի տաղավար, խոսեց հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի մասնագիտությունների կարևորության մասին, ուսանողներին հրավիրեց այցելել Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ, ծանոթանալ երկրի առաջին հարկատուի աշխատանքներին։
