Շուշիի՝ ոչնչացված «Ղազանչեցոցի» կnղքին Բաքվի վանդալները նախագծում են ամենամեծ մզկիթը կառուցել

«Գարդման-Շիրվան-Նախիջեւան» համահայկական միության հայտարարությունը․
Ադրբեջանի յուրացման բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականության ապօրինի շոշափուկները տարածվել են նաև Շուշիի վրա՝ իսլամական աշխարհի մշակութային կենտրոն հռչակելուց անցնելով դրա անվերահսկելի բնակեցմանը։ Շուշիի հայկական հոգևոր-մշակութային միջավայրի ոչնչացումը զուգահեռվում է Շուշիի դիմագծի արմատական խեղաթյուրմանը ցանկալի լույսի ներքո։ Շուշիի հայկական գերեզմանատունը վերածվել է ճանապարհաշինության թիրախի, հիմնահատակ ոչնչացված Կանաչ ժամի կողքին նախագծվում է Ադրբեջանի ամենամեծ մզկիթի կառուցումը, Սուրբ Առաքելոց եկեղեցին ենթարկվում է կամայական «վերակառուցման»։ Շարքը կարելի է անվերջ շարունակել։ Սա մի փոքր մասն է այն բոլոր հանցագործությունների, որ հեղինակել են ադրբեջանական տարբեր վարչակարգեր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայ բնակչության նկատմամբ։
Անհրաժեշտ է վերհիշել, որ 1920 թվականին Խոսրով բեկ Սուլթանովը, իսլամական Նովրուզ տոնի պատրվակով հսկայական բանակով հայաթափման ենթարկեց Շուշին՝ առանց սեռի և տարիքի խտրության հրետանային կրակի մատնելով, այրելով հայկական թաղամասերը, թիրախավորելով փախչող բնակչությանը։ Սա Շուշիի առաջին ամբողջական հայաթափումն էր 23 հազար հայ բնակչությունը կամ դարձավ կրակի ու սպանդի զոհ, կամ ստիպված եղավ մազապուրծ փախուստի դիմել։ 1988֊1989 թթ. Շուշին ևս մեկ անգամ ենթարկվեց հայաթափման, որը 1988֊1992 թթ. հայության նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական համակարգային ագրեսիայի դրվագներից մեկն էր։ Շուշին հերթական անգամ հայաթափվեց 2020 թ․ 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքում։
Շուշիի հայության վերադարձի անքակտելի իրավունքը ամրագրված է 2020 թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 7-րդ կետով, որով նախատեսվում էր, որ «ներքին տեղահանված անձինք և փախստականները վերադառնում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տարածք և հարակից շրջաններ՝ ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի վերահսկողության ներքո»։ Ադրբեջանը անցած երեք տարիների ընթացքում ոչ միայն հանձն չառավ Շուշիի և մյուս բնակավայրերի փախստականության վերադարձի երաշխավորված իրագործումը, այլև էթնիկ զտման ենթարկեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մնացյալ հատվածի հայությանը՝ ընդհանուր 150 հազար հայեր վերջին տարիներին վերածվել են բռնի տեղահանվածների, որոնց անվտանգ և միջազգայնորեն երաշխավորված վերադարձի իրավունքը երևէ պարագայում չի կարող անտեսվել։
Շուշիի միակողմանի բնակեցումը ադրբեջանական հանցավորության հերթական ցուցիչն է, որը լրացնում է Ադրբեջանի հակահայկական քաղաքականության գործնական իրականացումը։
«Գարդման-Շիրվան-Նախիջևան» համահայկական միությունը դատապարտում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակեցման ապօրինի գործընթացը, որը խստորեն ոտնահարում է էթնիկ զտման ենթարկված հայ բնակչության անօտարելի՝ վերադարձի իրավունքը և դրա անխափան իրացման հեռանկարը։ Ադրբեջանական ամենաթողությունը վերածվել է տարածաշրջանային սպառնալիքի, իսկ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կամայական բնակեցումը լրջագույն խնդիր է, որը չի ենթարկվում որևէ վերահսկողության, մինչդեռ հայ բնակչության վերադարձը պետք է իրացվեր ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարի գրասենյակի վերահսկողության ներքո։ Մենք կոչ ենք անում, ՄԱԿ-ին, ՄԱԿ-ի Փախստականների հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարին հանձնառու գտնվել իրենց մանդատին և քայլեր ձեռնարկել Ադրբեջանի ակաբեկչական վարչակազմի կողմից նախաձեռնված գործընթացը կասեցնելու ու իրավական գործընթացներ նախաձեռնելու համար։
