Այդ 25 հեկտար հողերը միշտ եղել են Հայաստանի վերահսկողության ներքո, հողերի մի մասը եղել են ականապատ, մի մասում տեղակայված են մեր զինված ուժերը, իսկ մի մասն էլ օգտագործվելուց են եղել գյուղացիների կողմից: Այս մասին իր ֆեյբուքյան էջում գրել է Կիրանցի բնակիչ Գոհար Վարդանյանը` անդրադառնալով վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տարածած պարզաբանմանը:
«Կառավարության ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի կողմից երեկվա տարածված հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.
«Կիրանցի համար նպաստավոր լուրը մասնավորապես այն է, որ մոտ 25 հեկտար գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողեր, որոնք վերջին 33 տարում անհասանելի են եղել Կիրանցի համար, կվերադարձվեն գյուղին»։
Տարածքից անտեղյակ մարդու մոտ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե այդ հողերը եղել են Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ, եւ սահմանազատման եւ սահմանագծման արդյունքում անցնելու են Հայաստանին:
Այդ 25 հեկտար հողերը միշտ եղել են Հայաստանի վերահսկողության ներքո, հողերի մի մասը եղել են ականապատ, մի մասում տեղակայված են մեր զինված ուժերը, իսկ մի մասն էլ օգտագործվելուց են եղել գյուղացիների կողմից»։
