Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մաշկի ճիշտ խնամքն օգնում է երկարացնել մաշկի երիտասարդությունը: Մաշկաբանները թվել են հինգ հիմնական սխալներ, որոնք նպաստում են դեմքի մաշկի վաղաժամ ծերացմանը:
· Խոնավեցման պրոցեդուրայիթերագնահատում. Խոնավեցնող միջոցները մաշկը հագեցնում են խոնավությամբ: Ամեն օր այդ միջոցներից չօգտվելու դեպքում ծերացման գործընթացը զգալիորեն արագանում է:
· Արևապաշտպան միջոցներն անտեսելը. ՈւՖ պաշտպանիչ միջոցներից պետք է օգտվել ոչ միայն լողափերին և շոգին: Չէ՞ որ ցուրտ օրերին նույնպես արևային ճառագայթները շարունակում են բացասաբար ազդել մաշկի վրա: Դա հանգեցնում է մաշկի չորացմանը և վաղ կնճիռների առաջացմանը:
· Մաշկը քնից առաջ չմաքրելը. Դեմքի չմաքրված մաշկի վրա ծակոտիներն աստիճանաբար լայնանում են: Այնտեղ ներթափանցում են կոսմետիկ միջոցների, մաշկի ճարպի և կեղտի մնացորդները, ինչը նույնիսկ երիտասարդ դեմքն է զրկում թարմությունից:
· Խնամքի միջոցների հաճախակի փոփոխություն. Մաշկաբանները նշում են, որ 1-2 շաբաթ է պահանջվում, որպեսզի մաշկը սովորի դեմքի խնամքի կոսմետիկ միջոցներին, իսկ դրանց արդյունավետությունը կարելի է գնահատել միայն կանոնավոր օգտագործումից մի քանի ամիս հետո: Հետևաբար, չարժի մաշկը սթրեսի ենթարկել՝ կոսմետիկ միջոցներն ամեն շաբաթ փոխելով:
· Կոսմետիկ և մաքրող միջոցների չափից շատ օգտագործում. Մի օգտագործեք այնպիսի կոսմետիկ և մաքրող միջոցներ, որոնք չեն համապատասխանում Ձեր տարիքին և մաշկի տեսակին: Աշխատեք չօգտագործել շպար, եթե չկա դրա անհրաժեշտությունը:
