Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
74 տարի առաջ, 1950թ. առաջին անգամ աշխարհում նշվեց երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օր:
Օրվա խորհուրդը ոչ թե կեղծավոր ծամածռություններով, տեսախցիկների առաջ, երեխաներին պաղպաղակ կամ փքաբլիթ բաժանելն է, այլ երեխաների անվտանգության, երջանիկ մանկության, առողջության և բարեկեցության համար պայմաններ ստեղծելն է:
Ի՞նչ է արել Նիկոլի ձախողված «կառավարությունը» Հայաստանի ու Արցախի երեխաների համար:
1. Շատ երեխաներ դարձել են ծնողազուրկ՝ հրահրված և միտումնավոր պարտված պատերազմի արդյունքում:
2. Շատ երեխաներ դարձել են հայրենազուրկ, զրկվելով նաև պապենական օջախից, իրենց տնից ու ամենատարրական կենցաղային ունեցվածքից է:
3. Շատ ու շատ երեխաների մանկական հիշողություններում հավերժ դաջված են մնալու գաղթի ճանապարհի, ազգային նսեմացման, ոստկանական վայրագությունների, ապօրինի ձերբակալությունների, հայհոյախառը հրապարակային խոսքի, իրենց հարազատների հասցենին սոցցանցերում տարածվող վիրավորանքների, արցախցիների դեմ պատվիրվող վահրահաչոցների և այլ տխուր հիշողությունները:
4. Շատ դեռահաս երեխաների շրջանում թմրամիջոցներն այնքան հասանելի են դարձել, որ չես հասկանում՝ կա՞ պայքար դրա դեմ, թե՞ նույնիսկ ծածուկ խրախուսում են:
5. Շատ երեխաներ իրենց ապագան այլևս Հայաստանում չեն տեսնում և անորոշության, վտանգի ու բարոյահոգեբանական գաղջ միջավայրի պարտադրանքով ստիպված են լինում իրենց ծնողների հետ թողնել ու հեռանալ երկրից:
Այսօրվա երեխաներին ի՞նչ հիշողություն ու ժառանգություն է թողնելու հայության ողբերգությունը դարձած կապիտուլյանտ իշխանությունը...
Կարծում եմ պարզ է, գուշակելու կարիք չկա:
