Հայտնի ռազմագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
«Կարապետ Պողոսյանին են կալանավորել, մեծ հաշվով՝ ոստիկանության ղեկավարությանը հայհոյելու համար։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ Հայաստանում պաշտոնյաներին հայհոյելու համար քրեական պատասխանատվություն չի նախատեսվում, այսպես կոչված «ծանր վիրավորանքի» հոդվածը ստիպված եղան ապաքրեականացնել եվրոպացիների ճնշման տակ։
Այդ պատճառով հայհոյելու համար հիմա խուլիգանության հոդված են «ճպցնում»։
Ավելորդ է հիշեցնելը, որ նիկոլաթուրքական օկուպացիոն վարչակարգին ծառայող, Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակությունը ավիրող, հող հանձնող բոլոր բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները ոչ միայն արժանի են ամենավերջին խոսքերին, այլև պաշտոնապես նզովյալ են։
Հ.Գ. Մեկնաբանությամբ կդնեմ նաև Քաղաքական իրավունքների հայկական կենտրոնի զեկույցը «օնլայն խուլիգանության» շինծու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված «Իմնեմնիմի» փոդքաստի հաղորդավարների գործի մասին։ Սա էլ էր օրինակ, երբ նիկոլանք փորձում էին «ծանր վիրավորանք» ապաքրեականացված հոդվածի առարկան սղացնել խուլիգանության հոդվածով։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ Հայաստանում պաշտոնյաներին հայհոյելու համար քրեական պատասխանատվություն չի նախատեսվում, այսպես կոչված «ծանր վիրավորանքի» հոդվածը ստիպված եղան ապաքրեականացնել եվրոպացիների ճնշման տակ։
