Հայկական Բաստիլ։Ֆրանսիական հեղափոխության արդյունքում կազմաքանդվեցին հին կարգերը և Ֆրանսիան, դե յուրե, միապետականությունից վերածվեց հանրապետության՝ ազատ և հավասար քաղաքացիների համար ։ Հավանաբար շատերը կտարակուսեն,թէ մեր երկիրն ինչ կապ ունի միապետության հետ եվ ՀՀ կոչված սուբյեկտը միապետություն է?:Պատկերացրեք , որ այո ։ Արդի Հայաստանը դասական միապետություն է ։ Փորձենք ներկայացնել քպ հեծանվորդ միապետի իշխանական լծակները որոշակի շարքով։

Միապետի կնոջ , վերջինիս կազմակերպված զեխ խրախճանքների մասին չենք էլ ուզում խոսել։
Փաստացի ունենք իրավիճակ , երբ մեկ հոգի կլանել է ողջ իշխանությունը ,ուզուրպացրել է այն եվ դարձել է լիակատար դասական միապետ 'առանց որևէ օրենսդրական կամ բարոյական սահմանափակումների։
Այս գավառական միապետը ամեն ինչի հետ նաև կապիտուլյացիա ստորագրած մեկն է ։
Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ ,մենք միապետության վերածելու երկիր չունենք ։ Ակնհայտ է ,որ հայ մարդը , քաղաքացին իր էությամբ դեմ է մեկ անձի անսահմանափակ միապետական կառավարմանը , որն արդեն իսկ գրանցում է երկրի քաղաքական մայրամուտ ։ Մենք հավաքական կամքի պետք է դրսեորենք եվ իրավազոր քայլերով պետք է դադարեցնենք Հայաստանի ողբերգությունը ։ Որպես վերջաբան : Բոլորիդ հորդորում եմ միանալ սրբազան շարժմանը եվ համընդհանուր ջանք ներդնել հանրապետական Հայաստանի փրկության գործում : Բոլորս դեպի Հանրապետության հրապարակ ։
