ԱԺ ՔՊ խմբակցության անդամները խորքային ատելություն են քարոզում ու հրահրում թշնամանք՝ հասարակության ու բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով ու անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններով անցնելով բոլոր սահմանները։
Այս մասին գրել է ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը:
«Կառավարող խմբակցության անդամը ԱԺ ամբիոնից ժողովրդի իրենցից դժգոհ մասին անվանում է «ներքին թշնամի», իսկ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսին հրապարակայնորեն դիմում է բացահայտ արհամարհանքով, «դու»-ով ու անպարկեշտ բառերով, իշխանությունից դժգոհ մարդկանց անվանում բորենի և այլն։
Սա թշնամանքի հրահրում է:
Սա ուղղակի լկտի բառապաշար է՝ օգտվելով առիթից, որ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնով պաշտպանված են, կառավարող խմբակցություն են ներկայացնում, ստանձնել են երկրի կառավարումը։ Մինչդեռ, իրենք են պարտավոր լինել համերաշխության օրինակ և կրում են երկրում իրավիճակի համար պատասխանատվությունը:
Այս սանձարձակ պահվածքի պատճառն այն է, որ գտնվում են քաղաքական բարձրագույն հովանավորության ներքո:
Բայց դրանից առաջ լավ կլիներ մտածեին, որ այդ արարքները պարունակում են Քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ ու 329-րդ հոդվածների [առնվազն] հատկանիշներ` պատրաստի ապացույցներով, այն էլ ծանրացնող հանգամանքներով: Ընդ որում, սրանք հենց իրենց ընդունած օրենսգրքի հոդվածներն են, իսկ արարքներն ընկնում են այդ հոդվածների տակ՝ իրենց իսկ իշխանության հրահանգով ձևավորված պրակտիկայի շնորհիվ։
Որքա՞ն կարելի է իշխանության անառողջ ցանկություններին հագուրդ տալ ատելության մոլուցքով»,- գրել է նա։
