2024թ. հունիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 18:10-ին, «Էջմիածնի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությունից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Ամբերդ գյուղից «Հրազենային վիրավորում» ախտորոշմամբ անգիտակից վիճակում իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել նշված գյուղի 59-ամյա բնակիչ Ա.Բ.-ն, ով, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Վերոհիշյալ տղամարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:

Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով տուժողի 43-ամյա համագյուղացին է:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեպքից ժամեր առաջ տուժողի և առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի որդիների միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչից վրդովված՝ 43-ամյա տղամարդը, հաշվեհարդար տեսնելու դիտավորությամբ, գնացել է Ամբերդ գյուղի սկզբնամասում գտնվող միջնակարգ դպրոցի հարակից տարածք և, համագյուղացուն սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, դարանակալել և սպասել վերջինիս: Երբ Ա.Բ.-ն մոտեցել է, 43-ամյա համագյուղացին, իջնելով  դեռևս չհայտնաբերված  «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի կողքի նստատեղից,  ինքնաձիգով կրակահերթ է արձակել իր դիմացից եկող Ա.Բ.-ի կողմից վարվող «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ՝ վերջինիս պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ, և դիմել փախուստի։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է տուժողի կողմից վարվող «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի մեջ առկա են եղել արնանման հետքեր, իսկ մեքենայի մոտ՝ «ԱԿ» ինքնաձիգի 5․45մմ. տրամաչափի 2 պարկուճ։ Քրեական վարույթով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են անհրաժեշտ փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, առգրավվել են դեպքի վայրին հարակից տեսանկարահանող սարքերի հիշողության կրիչները։

Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանման աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը նույն օրը հայտնաբերվել, հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի ամբողջական հանգամանքները պարզելու, հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացած ինքնաձիգը, ինչպես նաև՝ հիշյալ «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
