Փաշինյանի սյունիքյան այցը, որին անշուշտ հետևելու է այլ մարզեր այցելություններ, նպատակ ունի հանրապետությունը նախապատրաստել հանրաքվեի գործընթացին: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Բանն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, ՀՀ իշխանությունը պատրաստվում է ևս 4 գյուղ հանձնել Ադրբեջանին: Արարատի մարզում` Տիգրանաշենը, իսկ Տավուշում` Սոֆուլու, Բարխուդարլու և Վերին Ոսկեպար գյուղերը:
Նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ այս գյուղերը ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ մեր տարածքային ամբողջականության մաս են կազմում, սրանց հանձնումը կարող է տեղի ունենալ միայն հանրաքվեով:
Եթե նախորդ դեպքում իշխանությունը կարողացավ «սղցնել» իր զիջումը, ապա այս դեպքում լուրջ խնդիրներ կան:
Թե այս գյուղերի հանձնումը ինչ ռազմավարական հարված է Հայաստանին` տարբեր առիթներով խոսել եմ ու դեռ կխոսեմ, բայց փաստ է, որ իշխանությունը միակողմանի զիջումները դիտարկում է բացառապես իր իշխանության պահպանության տեսանկյունից և հանուն դրա շարունակելու է տրվել ադրբեջանական շանտաժին», - գրել է նա` կից հրապարակելով քարտեզներ։
