Թուրքիայի իշխանությանը կոչ է արվում անհապաղ դադարեցնել կոտորածը երկրի հարավարևելյան նահանգներում

Թուրք դատախազները Իզմիրում և Անկարայում մի շարք գիտնականների մեղադրանք են առաջադրել , ովքեր ստորագրել էին մի հայտարարության տակ, որով դատապարտում էին ռազմական գործողությունները երկրի հարավ-արևելյան շրջաններում: Մեղադրանքի հիմքում ընկած է Թուրքիայի Քրեական օրենսգրքի (TCK) 302-րդ տխրահռչակ հոդվածը, որով քրեական պատիժ է սահմանվում բոլոր նրանց նկատմամբ ովքեր «խանգարում են միասնությունը պետության և գործում են երկրի ամբողջականության դեմ»:
Այս հոդվածը նույն 301 հոդվածն է, որը գործում էր մինչեւ 2008 թ.: Պարզապես Մարդու Իրավունքների Եվրոպական Դատարանի (ՄԻԵԴ) ազդեցության տակ՝ քրեականացված «թուրքական արժանապատվությունն անարգելու համար » տողերը բարեփոխումների արդյունքում փոխարինվել է « թուրք ազգի, Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության, Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանի, Թուրքիայի կառավարության դեմ ակնհայտ քայքայիչ գործողություններ ծավալել» տողերով:
Ի դեպ 301 հոդվածով է դատապարտվել նաև Հրանտ Դինքը, ով «Ակոս»-ի գլխավոր խմբագիրն էր և սպանվել էր Ստամբուլի Շիշլի թաղամասում, իր գրասենյակի շենքի առջև 2007թ.-ի հունվարի 19-ին, 17-ամյա Օգյուն Սամաստի կողմից:
Անկարայի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, որ երկրի տարբեր նահանգներում արդեն հարուցվել են քրեական գործեր 301 (ահբեկչական կազմակերպության համար տարվող քարոզչություն) և 302 (երկրի միասնության ու պետականության դեմ գործել) հոդվածներով:
302-րդ հոդվածով է դատապարտված, ցմահ ազատազրկված Քրդական աշխատավորական կուսակցության (PKK) առաջնորդ Աբդուլլահ Օջալանը:
Հայտնի փաստաթղթի տակ ստորագրել են 1200 գիտնական, սակայն քրեական գործ է հարուցվել դեռևս 37-ի նկատմամաբ: Հայտնի փաստաբան Արիֆ Ալի Չինգին հայտարարել է, որ այս հոդվածներով քր. գործ հարուցելը արդեն մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտում է:
Հայտնի փաստաթղթի տեքստում կա մեկ տող, որը հարուցել է թուրքական իշխանության զայրութը:

«Այս հոդվածով քր. գորց հարուցելը և դատապարտելը կլինի ճակատագրական սխալ թուրքական իշխանության համար, որի հետևանքների ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կընկնի Էրդողանի վարչակազմի վրա: Սա ես ասում եմ որպես իրավագետ», - ասել է հայտնի փաստաբանը:
