Արցախի վրա, բացի թշնամի ադրբեջա-թուրքական հարևաններից, երեկ տեղի է ունեցել նաև Հայաստանի գործող ուժային կառույցի հարձակում` ջարդելով դարպասը և գույք տանելով։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Թևան Պողոսյանը։
«Բոլոր դիվանագիտական և բարոյական նորմերով Արցախի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչյան տարածքն Արցախն է։ Մեր Արցախն է։ Հուսամ, որ հայ ազգի համար Արցախը մերն է։ Բայց նորից կրկնեմ այդ տարածքը Արցախ է։ Այդ տարածքի ուղղությամբ որևէ գործողություն նշանակում է հարձակում Արցախի վրա։
Ստացվում է, որ Արցախի վրա, բացի թշնամի ադրբեջա-թուրքական հարևաններից, երեկ տեղի է ունեցել նաև Հայաստանի գործող ուժային կառույցի հարձակում` ջարդելով դարպասը և գույք տանելով։
Մի հատ պատկերացրեք նման բան ԱՄՆ, ՌԴ, կամ Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատների կամ հյուպատոսական ծառայությունների վրա։ Հատուկ այդ երկրները նշեցի, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի Խմբի համանախագահ երկրներ։
