ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն այսօր այցելել է Վաղարշապատի թիվ 3 և թիվ 4 հիմնական դպրոցներ, որտեղ «Կրթական ծրագրերի կենտրոն» ԾԻԳ-ի հետ համատեղ մեկնարկել է ԲՏՃՄ առարկաների ուսուցիչների 5-օրյա վերապատրաստման դասընթացը՝ լաբորատոր սարքավորումների գործարկման և բնագիտական լաբորատորիաների ուղղությամբ ուսուցիչների կարողությունների զարգացման նպատակով:

Ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվելու է «Քիմիա», «Ֆիզիկա», «Կենսաբանություն», «Աշխարհագրություն» և «Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաներ» առարկաների շուրջ 1000 ուսուցչի վերապատրաստում: 

ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը շրջել է դասասենյակներով, հետևել վերապատրաստումների ընթացքին, զրուցել ուսուցիչների հետ և հաջողություն մաղթել նրանց: Ողջունելով վերապատրաստմանը մասնակցող ուսուցիչներին՝ Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել պատրաստակամության և տրամադրած ժամանակի համար։ Նա ընդգծել է՝ կառավարության ծրագրով առանձին թիրախ է սահմանված` հանրապետության բոլոր դպրոցները պետք է ունենան բնագիտական և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների լաբորատորիաներ:

«Սարքավորումներն արդեն տրամադրված են, բայց, իհարկե, կարիք ունենք ջանքեր գործադրելու, որպեսզի արված ներդրումները լինեն արդյունավետ, և այդ սարքավորումներն իրապես դառնան կրթական գործընթացի մաս: Իսկապես շատ բարդ է այս առարկաները բացատրել ու ներկայացնել այնպիսի պայմաններում, երբ չկան գործնական հնարավորություններ:  Այսօր այդ միջավայրը ձևավորված է. կարիք ունենք այն ավելի արդյունավետ օգտագործելու: Նախկինում ունեցել ենք դեպքեր, երբ բավականին մեծ թվով սարքավորումներ են տրամադրվել դպրոցներին, սակայն դրանք խնամքով պահպանվել են փակ սենյակներում: Այդ սարքավորումներն առաջին հերթին տրամադրվում են օգտագործման համար։ Նպատակը մեկն է՝ լաբորատորիաները չպահել դատարկ՝ առանց երեխաների, առանց նախագծերի ու դասընթացների, այլ դրանք վերածել ուսումնական ակտիվ միջավայրի»,- ասել է Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը:

Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ՀԲ-ի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Կրթության բարելավման ծրագրի լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորում» վարկային ծրագրի «Հանրակրթական դպրոցների վերազինում» ենթաբաղադրիչի շրջանակում, որի արդյունքում հանրակրթական դպրոցների դասավանդման և ուսուցման պայմանների բարելավման նպատակով ՀՀ մի քանի մարզերի դպրոցներում հիմնվել են շուրջ 160 լաբորատորիաներ, որոնք համալրվում են բնագիտական և ինժեներական լաբորատոր սարքավորումներով, անհրաժեշտ կահույքով և ուսումնական նյութերով:  Արմավիրն այս ծրագրում ներառված առաջին մարզն է։ Արմավիրի մարզում ամբողջությամբ ստեղծվել և կահավորվել են 88 դպրոցների լաբորատորիաներ:
