Սյունիքի մարզում փոքր նախաձեռնություններով պետք է փոխել մարդկանց կյանքը

Սյունիքի մարզը Հայաստանի ամենակարևոր մարզն է, հատկապես այսօր, երբ թշնամին ատամ է կրճտացնում՝ փորձեր ձեռնարկելով բաղձալի միջանցքը ստանալ Հայաստանից։
Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմից հետո Սյունիքը զարգացման բավական լուրջ ուղի է անցել՝ կապելով Իրանը, Մերձավոր Արևելքը հյուսիսի հետ։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո իրավիճակը բավական ծանրացել է, իսկ սահմանամերձ դարձած գյուղերում կյանքը՝ վտանգավոր դարձել։ Գյուղացիներին իրենց ծննդավայրին կապելու համար ոչ միայն անվտանգությունն է պետք ապահովել, այլև մարդկանց ապրուստի տարրական պայմանները, որպեսզի մնան և շենացնեն իրենց գյուղերը, ամրապնդեն Հայաստանի հարավային դարպասները։ Այս պնդումը հատկապես առաջնային է փոքր բնակավայրերի համար, որտեղ զբաղվածության խնդիրն ավելի սուր է դրված։
Սյունիքի Գեղանուշ փոքր գյուղը ևս պատերազմից հետո սահմանամերձ է դարձել, այս և մյուս գյուղերից արտագաղթ թույլ չտալու համար պետությունը պարտավոր է մեծ ծրագրեր իրականացնել, փոխել մարդկանց կյանքի որակը։
2022 թ. Գեղանուշում դրվեցին կարի արտադրամասի հիմքերը, գեղեցիկ շինություն վերանորոգեցին, որն առաջիկայում կբացի իր դռները՝ աշխատանքով ապահովել 5-7 մարդու։ Պատգամավոր Դավիթ Դանիելյանի նախաձեռնությամբ, իրականություն է դառնում սահմանամերձ Գեղանուշ գյուղի կարի արտադրամասը, որի մասին խոստացել էր գյուղացիներին: Արդեն սկսվել է կահավորման և տեխնիկայի ներդրման գործընթացը: Շուտով վերապատրաստված գեղանուշցիները կսկսեն աշխատել:
Փոքր, բայց կարևոր այս նախաձեռնության շնորհիվ մի քանի ընտանիքներ կայուն աշխատանք ու եկամուտ կունենան, կկապվեն իրենց ծննդավայրին, կկարողանան հոգալ օրվա ծախսերը։
Գեղանուշը միակը չպետք է լինի, Սյունիքի, Վայոց ձորի, Գեղարքունիքի, Տավուշի մարզերը պետք է առաջնային լինեն, ծրագրեր ու նախաձեռնություններ, հարկային արտոնություններ ու անվտանգության ապահովում լինի, որպեսզի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերը չդատարկվեն։ Միայն այդ կերպ կարելի է պահել հայրենիքը։
