Оппозиционные депутаты парламента Армении и посол Сирии обсудили политическую ситуацию в двух странах

Взаимодействие будет продолжено. Об этом было заявлено 2 июля на встрече руководителя парламентской группы дружбы Армения – Сирия, представителя Верховного органа АРФ Дашнакцутюн Ишхана Сагателяна, члена группы дружбы Гегама Манукяна и Чрезвычайного и полномочного посла Сирии в Армении Норы Арисян.
Как сообщили Новости Армении – NEWS.am в офисе по общественным связям АРФ Дашнакцутюн, в ходе встречи Арисян поблагодарила за вклад и усилия Сагателяна в дело организации работы группы дружбы Сирия – Армения.
Стороны обсудили текущую политическую ситуацию в Сирии и Армении, экономические и демографические проблемы, с которыми сталкивается армянская община Сирии, а также ряд других вопросов.
В свою очередь, Сагателян упомянул об исторически сложившейся дружбе двух стран, а также интересах Армении и Сирии в контексте современных геополитических процессов и наличия внешних угроз в лице Турции.
В ходе беседы была выражена надежда на то, что после парламентских выборов в Сирии, которые состоятся 15 июля, с Национальным Собранием Армении будет сформирована новая группа дружбы, межпарламентское сотрудничество возобновится.
