ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը գրում է․ «Հունիսի 17-ին գրություն էի ուղարկել ՊՆ` ԶՈւ մի քանի ուղղություններով այցս կազմակերպելու նպատակով: Ընդ որում` ընտրել էի ուղղություններ, որոնք, այսպես ասած, խնդրահարույց չէին` ո´չ քաղաքական, ո´չ մեկ այլ առումով:
ՊՆ-ն գրությանս արձագանքել է 26 օր հետո` հուլիսի 9-ին, երբ գրությամբ նախատեսված ժամկետներն անցել էին ու այդ հիմքով մերժել` «նշված ժամանակահատվածում տվյալ ուղղություններ Ձեր այցերի կազմակերպումը հնարավոր չէ» պատճառաբանությամբ:
Նշեմ, որ եղել են փուլեր, երբ ՊՆ-ն նույնիսկ նման իրավիճակներում ճկունություն դրսևորել է, սակայն հիմա այցերս առաջնագիծ մերժելու անհեթեթ «հիմք» է գտել:
Մի մերժում էլ մայիսին է եղել (ավելի վաղ գրված ու չմերժված գրությամբ), սակայն մտածել եմ տեխնիկական է` որոշակի հանգամանքների բերումով:
Կպնդի՞ ՊՆ-ն որ թեման տեխնիկական է կամ թյուրըմբռնում` մի քանի օր դեռ ժամանակ ունի, իսկ թեմային այլ շերտերով ու երանգներով կանդրադառնամ ավելի ուշ` որոշ դետալային ճշտումներից հետո:
