Ռուսաստանի նյարդային արձագանքը

Ռուսական կողմը չափազանց ափսոսում է Հայաստանի մասնակցության համար Վաշինգտոնում կայանալիք ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովին։ ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինն այդ մասին ասել է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին»՝ մեկնաբանելով ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի մասնակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի 75-ամյակի գագաթնաժողովին։
Ըստ Գալուզինի, Հայաստանը մնում է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ և հանդիսանում է բազմաթիվ երկկողմ պայմանագրերի կողմ՝ ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտներում։
«Երևանի մտահոգությունները քննարկելու կառուցողական մոտեցման փոխարեն, ցավոք, նրանք այլ ուղի ընտրեցին»,- հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալը։
«Հայաստանը գերադասում է մեծացնել փոխգործակցությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի կամ դաշինքի առանձին անդամների հետ, հատկապես ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշների ներդրման, զենքի գնման կամ համատեղ մարտական պատրաստության միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու առումով, էլ չեմ խոսում Վաշինգտոնում ընթացող այս ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելու մասին։ Այս ամենը չի կարող այլ բան չառաջացնել, բացի ծայրահեղ ափսոսանքից»,- ընդգծել է Գալուզինը։
Դիվանագետի տեսանկյունից` այդպիսի տեմպերով խորացնելով համագործակցությունը նրանց հետ, ում նպատակը Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական պարտությունն է, Երևանն իր ձեռքով ռիսկի է դիմում լրջորեն ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում, այդ թվում՝ ի վնաս սեփական երկրի անվտանգության։
Այս նյարդային արձանագրումը հերթականն է ՌԴ հայտարարություններից, որ վերջին շրջանում հնչում են Երևանի հասցեին։ Մոսկվան պարբերաբար զգուշացնում է հնարավոր հետևանքների մասին, իսկ գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են արևմտամետ կուրսը։
