Նիկոլն իր ներքին և արտաքին դավադրություններով, պլանավորված կերպով Ալիևին տվեց քաղաքական, դիվանագիտական, ռազմական և քարոզչական բավարար հնարավորություններ, որպեսզի վերջինս ընդամենը երեք տարում կարողանա լիովին օկուպացնի և հայաթափի հազարամյա հայկական Արցախը:
Հերթը Հայաստանի ու հայ ժողովրդի հավաքական ապագայինն է: Այժմ Նիկոլն ամեն ինչ անում է, որպեսզի Թուրքիան հնարավորություն ստանա առաջին, իսկ հարմար աշխարհաքաղաքական առիթի դեպքում նոր ցեղասպանության և էթնիկ զտումների ենթարկի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանի, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի իշխանության տարիներին, Հայոց Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ու դատապարտման միջազգային աղմուկից խուսանավող և պաշտպանվող Թուրքիան՝ այսօր առիթ և ճանապարհներ է փնտրում Հայկական գործոնը տարածաշրջանից ընդմիշտ վերացնելու համար:
Նիկոլն այս ամենը լավ գիտի: Ավելին, նա իր քաղաքականությամբ տալիս է համապատասխան առիթներն ու օգնում ապահովելու նրանց «ալիբին» այնպես՝ ինչպես դա արեց Արցախը հանձնելու և արմատապես էթնիկ զտումերի ենթարկելու պարագայում:
Արտաքին շահերի բախման խաչմերուկում գտնվող պետություններում չի կարելի իշխանություն վստահել դրսի աջակցությամբ եկած և դրսի ուժերին ծառայող կերպարներին: Դրանք ի սկզբանե պոտենցիալ դավաճաններ են, և իշխանությունը զավթելով՝ դառնում են նաև տվայլ երկրի հիմնական սպառնալիքը:
