Հայաստանի ներքին ուղևորափոխադրումների ծավալը 2023 թվականին աճել է, իսկ միջազգային փոխադրումներինը՝ նվազել։

Sputnik Արմենիա մամուլի կենտրոնում այս մասին ասել է Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու գլխավոր տնօրեն Ալեքսեյ Մելնիկովը։

«Ներկայում ուղևորափոխադրումներն աշխատում են բավական արդյունավետ։ Չեմ կարող չնշել ներքին, տեղական փոխադրումները՝ դրանք էլեկտրագնացքներով են, որոնք անցնում են Հայաստանի տարածքով մեկ։ Այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի արդյունքներով, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ, ունենք 13 % աճ»,- նշել է Մելնիկովը։

Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներն ակտիվորեն օգտվում են երկաթուղուց, մասնավորապես ուղևորվում են Երասխ, Գյումրի։ Ամռանը գործարկվեց ավանդական էլեկտրագնացքը, որը գնում է Շորժա՝ ուղևորներին հնարավորություն տալով այցելել Սևան։

Ինչ վերաբերում է միջազգային փոխադրումներին, ապա արձանագրվել է ծավալների անկում, որը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ երկաթուղային հաղորդակցությունն ակտիվորեն օգտագործող շատ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկներ այժմ հնարավորություն ունեն ինքնաթիռով ուղիղ չվերթով Ռուսաստանից մեկնել Վրաստան:

Նշված անկումը, Մելնիկովի խոսքով, նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կազմում է 30 և ավելի տոկոս։ Մյուս կողմից, գնացքներից սկսել են ավելի շատ օգտվել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները։

Միաժամանակ Մելնիկովը հայտնեց, որ ներկայում Բաթում մեկնող գնացքը կազմված է 10 վագոնից։ Սպասվում է, որ առաջիկայում վագոնների քանակը կկազմի 14։ Երթևեկությունն իրականացվում է ամեն օր:

Միաժամանակ ՀԿԵ ղեկավարը հայտնել է, որ ուղևորափոխադրումները մնում են ոչ շահավետ։ Ընկերությունն աշխատում է ՀՀ տարածքային զարգացման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության հետ՝ ուղևորափոխադրումների սուբսիդավորման մեխանիզմի մշակման ուղղությամբ:

Բացի այդ, արձանագրվել է լուրջ անկում նաև բեռնափոխադրումների ոլորտում։ Հաջող էր 2022 թվականը, երբ փոխադրվեց 3,5 մլն տոննա բեռ (առավելագույն ծավալը ՀԿԵ-ի գործունեության ընթացքում)։

«2023 թվականի մայիսին «ԳեոՊրոՄայնինգի» մեր գործընկերների աշխատանքը դադարեցվել է մի շարք օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով․ տարվա արդյունքներով մենք տեղափոխել ենք 2,1 մլն տոննա բեռ, անկումը կազմել է մոտ 1,3 մլն տոննա»,- ասել է Մելնիկովը:

Անկումը շարունակվում է 2024 թվականին։ Դա կապված է նաև այլ գործընկերների, օրինակ՝ «Հրազդան ցեմենտ»-ի խնդիրների հետ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՀԿԵ-ն անում է ամեն ինչ բեռները երկաթուղիով տեղափոխելու համար՝ գործընկերներին առաջարկելով ճկուն և շահավետ տարբերակներ:
