Չգիտեմ ինչու պետք է Ադրբեջանը հիմա համաձայնի խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքել Հայաստանի հետ մի վարչակազմի միջնրդությամբ/ճնշմամբ, որին մի քանի ամսվա կյանք է մնացել: Մանավանդ, որ ո՛չ Հարիսի, ո՛չ էլ Թրամփի վարչակազմի համար այս հարցն առանցքային չի լինելու և Բաքուն հանգիստ կարող է սպասել:
Նույնը վերաբերում է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը, որում Բայդենի վարչակազմը հետաքրքրված էր:
Այսպես կոչված խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը մինչ նոյեմբեր կնքելու միտքը, եթե նույնիսկ Վաշինգտոնինը չէր, ապա Բայդենի վարչակազմի շահերից էր բխում, քանի որ այն կարելի էր օգտագործել՝ որպես Բայդենի արտաքին քաղաքական ձեռքբերում ընտրություններին ընդառաջ (հիշեք Թրամփի՝ Իսրայելի և արաբական մի շարք երկրների հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը 2020թ. ընտրություններին ընդառաջ):
Հիմա այս հարցերը «անտեր» են մնացել, քանի որ Բայդենի ճնշումներից վախեցող չկա և բոլորին միևնույնն է նրա «legacy»-ն ինչպիսինը կլինի, և արդյոք նա կմնա պատմության մեջ որպես պատմական կոնֆլիկտ լուծած մարդ, թե ոչ:
Թրամփի, կամ Հարիսի գալը նոր արտաքին քաղաքականություն է ենթադրում, նոր առաջնահերթություններով և դերակատարներով: Հայաստանի հերթական սխալը եղել է դիվերսիֆիկացման բացակայությունը, անհեռատեսությունն ու սխալ հաշվարկը: Ակնհայտ էր չէ՞, որ Բայդենի վարչակազմը հավերժ չէ, ոչ էլ ինքը՝ Բայդենը:
Իսկ Հայաստանի՝ բոլոր ձվերը մի զամբյուղում դնելու քաղաքականությունը հերթական աղետն է»:
