Քաղաքական գործիչ Լիլիթ Գալստյանը գրում է․
 
Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանակն վանդալիզմի, ոչնչացման կամ յուրացման քաղաքականությունը շարունակվում է։ Իրենց այս «գործունեության» մեջ ադրբեջանցիները միջազգային գործընկերներ են գտել և, ցավալիորեն, ձեռքերն հասել է Վատիկան։
 
Վատիկանում լույս տեսնող L'Osservatore Romano պարբերականում, Ռոսսելա Ֆաբիանիի ստորագրությամբ օրերս լույս է տեսել «Քրիստոնեության ակունքներն Ադրբեջանում․ ալբանական առաքելական եկեղեցու հետքերով» բովանդակությամբ մի հոդված, ուր հեղինակը ներկայացնում է «Կովկասյան Ալբանիա»՝ իրականում Արցախ կատարած իր այսպես կոչված ուսումնասիրական-ճանաչողական այցը։
 
Հղում անելով տեղացի ինչ-որ գիտաշխատողի, հոդվածագիրը տարածում-ամրագրում է տարածաշրջանում հայերի եկվորության վարկածը՝ արձանագրելով, որ մենք ադրբեջանական հողեր են եկել Իրանից և Թուրքիայից։ Մեկ այլ հաստատման համաձայն ուդիները բռնի դավանափոխ են եղել և առաքելական եկեղեցու հետևորդ դարձել տեղի հայերի կողմից։
 
Ադրբեջան կատարած այցի ընթացքում Ռ․ Ֆաբիանիին ուղեկցել է Ախունդովի աշակերտ, ալբանական մշակույթի «գիտակ» Ս․ Հաջիևան։ Եվ, բնականաբար, հեղինակն անվերապահ եզրահանգում է կատարում, որ 13դ․ վանական համալիրներ Դադիվանքը /հոդվածում Խուդավենք է գործածվում/ և Գանձասարը/ հոդվածում՝ Գենջասար/ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում գտնվող ալբանական մշակույթի և ալբանական եկեղեցու խոշորագույն դրսևորումներ են։
 
Ինչպես տեսնում եք Արցախի հայկական հետքի վերացման ադրբեջանական քաղաքականությունը նոր որակներ և դրսևորումներ է ստանում։ Ցավալի է, բայց իրաղություն է՝ Ադրբեջանին հաջողվել է իր մշակութային զտման/մշակութային ցեղասպանության/ ակամա մասնակից դարձնել ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս՝ Վատիկանին։ Ի դեպ վերոհիշյալ հոդվածում Դադիվանքը ներկայացվում է որպես ալբանական Վատիկան։
Հիշենք, որ «L'Osservatore Romano»-ն Վատիկանի միակ, ամենօրյա պարբերականն է, որ լույս է տեսնում 1861-ից։ Բնականաբար, հասկանալի են պարբերականի տարածման մասշտաբները, նաև ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի թիրախավորումը։ Արդյունքում կաթոլիկ եկեղեցունն պատկանող պարբերականում՝ վերնագիր՝ Ադրբեջանը քրիստոնեության օրրան։
 
Թե Ադրբեջանում սա ինչպես են հիմնավորում, պարզ է․ հայկական մշակույթի յուրացումը կամ ոչնչացումն Ադրբեջանում պետական քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություն է։ Մեհրիբան Ալիևայի ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ում պտվավոր «առաքելությունը» հենց այս նպատակադրումների շրջանակում է։
 
Ի դեպ, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն այդպես էլ, հակառակ բազմաթիվ հավաստացումների և կոնվենցիաներով պայմանավորված պարտականությամբ, այդպես էլ դիտորդական առաքելություն չուղարկեց Արցախ։
 
Իսկ Ի՞ՆՉ ԵՆ ՄՏԱԾՈՒՄ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ԱԳՆ-Ն և ԿԳՄՍ-Ն։ Արցախի էթնիկ զտումին հաջորդող մշակութային ցեղասպանությունն էլ պիտի հանդուրժե՞ք․ գուցե ձայն հանեք, նվազագույն քաղաքական արժանապատվություն դրսևորեք, տեր կանգնեք մեր հավաքական ժառանգությանն ու ինքնությանը։
 
Հ․Գ․ Իսկ ոչ վաղ անցյալում, Քրիստոնեության 1700 ամյակի շրջանակում Հռոմի պապ էր այցելում Հայաստան, Վատիկանում Սուրբ Նարեկացու արձան էր տեղադրվում ու Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի պատարագ մատուցվում։
 
Հ․Գ․Բայց որքանով է արդարացված «Հայ ժողովրդի պատմությունը» «Հայաստանի պատմության» մեջ զետեղած իշխանություններից ակնկալիք ունենալը․․․
