Ո՞վ է կանգնած Հայաստանի և Իրանի դեմ կեղծիքի թիկունքում

Հայ-իրանական ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության մասին կեղծ տեղեկությունը բավական լուրջ աղմուկ է բարձրացրել։ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունն արձագանքել էր Իրանից սպառազինություն գնելու վերաբերյալ պայմանագիր ստորագրելու մասին հրապարակմանը՝ այն հորինված անվանելով։ «Մտացածին և հորինված բովանդակությամբ հրապարակումներին չենք արձագանքում»,- ասել էր ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Արամ Թորոսյանը։
ՀՀ–ում Իրանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մեհդի Սոբհանին հերքել է Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև 500 մլն դոլարի գաղտնի զենքի գործարքի մասին տեղեկությունը, հրապարակումն անվանել «տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ Իրանի բարեկամական հարաբերությունները» վնասելու փորձ: Նրա խոսքով՝ նման հաղորդագրություններ տարածում են անվստահելի լրատվամիջոցները, որոնք դարձել են Իրանի մասին կեղծ լուրերի և կանխակալ վերլուծությունների աղբյուր:
Կեղծիքը տարածել էր «Iran International» պարբերականը, գրելով, թե Հայաստանն Իրանի հետ 500 միլիոն դոլարի սպառազինության ձեռքբերման պայմանագիր է ստորագրել։ Բաց աղբյուրների տվյալներով, Իրանի իշխանություններին ընդդիմադիր այդ պարբերականը տեղակայված է Լոնդոնում, բայց պատկանում է Սաուդյան Արաբիայի հետ կապված Volant Media UK Ltd ընկերությանը։
Ո՞վ կարող է կանգնած լինել ապատեղեկատվության թիկունքում։ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի շահագրգռությունը կարելի է հերքել միանգամից։ Հարավային Կովկասում Սաուդյան Արաբիան և Իրանը հատվող շահեր չունեն, ավելին, վերջին շրջանում երկու երկրները մերձեցման կուրս են ընտրել։
Մեծ հավանականությամբ, կեղծիքի ետևում բրիտանական հատուկ ծառայություններն են, որոնք մի քանի նպատակներ են հետապնդում՝ խափանել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բանակցային գործընթացը, ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում, խափանել «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» լոգիստիկ նախագիծը։ Եվ այդ առումով, ՀՀ-Իրան ռազմատեխնիկական գործակցության մասին կեղծիք տարածելը կարող է լինել բրիտանական բազմաքայլ կոմբինացիայի մեկ օղակը։
Չի բացառվում, որ նման կեղծիքի տարածման սկզբնաղբյուրը լինի ՀՀ գործող վարչախումբը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Վարչախումբն Արևմուտքում բավական ազդեցիկ լոբբիստական աջակցություն ունի, որն էլ աշխատում է ՀՀ-ՆԱՏՕ մերձեցման ուղղությամբ։ Իսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունների ակտիվացումն ամենևին էլ դուր չի գալիս Թեհրանին։ Նաև, նման հրապարակումներով կարող են փորձել Արևմուտքին հարկադրել ավելի ակտիվ զինել ՀՀ իշխանություններին։
Փաշինյանական վարչախումբն արդեն մեկ անգամ շանտաժով հասավ պաշտպանական ոլորտում համագործակցություն կնքելուն, Հայաստանում հայ-ամերիկյան զորավարժություններ անցկացնելուն։ Այժմ էլ, ըստ ամենայնի, Իրանի հետ գործակցության մասին արտահոսքով մղում են Արևմուտքին՝ արագացնել Հայաստանի հետ մերձեցման ընթացքը։
