ՀՀ ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել, որը ներկարացնում ենք ստորև․
«Մինչ հայաստանյան իշխանությունը ագրեսիվ կեցվածքով կամ լավագույն դեպքում` լռությամբ է արձագանքում արցախցիների` Արցախ վերադարձի հարցին, ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը «Խաղաղության փաստաթղթի» բանակցությունների համատեքստում հայտարարում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերը կլինեն Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի մաս, իսկ որպես ճանապարհ մատնանշում է արցախցիների և ադրբեջանցիների ուղիղ բանակցությունները, որի հիմքում վերջիններիս անվտանգ ու արժանապատիվ վերադարձի իրավունքի ապահովումն է:
Ավելին, ԵՄ դիվանագետը նաև արձագանքել է Բաքվի` արցախցիների Արցախ վերադարձի թեման, այսպես կոչված, «արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» եզրույթի հետ զուգահեռ շրջանառության մեջ մտցնելուն, ընդգծելով, որ դրանք տարբեր հարթություններում գտնվող հարցեր են:
Այսինքն, այն ինչ հստակ տարանջատված է ԵՄ-ի համար, որևէ ձևով ՀՀ իշխանության համար քննարկման առարկա չի դառնում, դեռ չեմ ասում քպ-ական այն ներկայացուցիչների մասին, ովքեր Արցախի հարցը, այդ թվում` արցախցիների վերադարձի, համարում են փակված:
